Everything is super good! The prices are relatively good, except for the spring rolls which are very small and cost way too much (9CHF) for the 4 bites they represent.

Eat the cheese crust very good I love this Alpine Buvette atmosphere Because that's what I'm looking for in a refreshment bar: friendliness, kindness, local mountain dishes and all in a real Chalet And not a tourist trap for a luxury car like other alpine refreshments

Small restaurant with good Italian dishes, a treat. Cooking the ravioli makes the tiramisu just perfect, not too much coffee taste. The right price and relaxed service at the top.

The cuisine is passable, without problems but without fireworks. The problem is the policy of this company: the salespeople are underpaid, exploited and squeezed like lemons, by a family which makes a monstrous margin on each product sold, taking advantage of having a form of monopoly for the region. Uchitomi's only passion seems to be money. Have you forgotten that the main ingredient in gastronomy is love?
