Just for an aperitif. Thursday late afternoon. 7was closed for a wedding. But the Manager Philippe received us well with a nice smile. And it should be like that in every place we stop. We had excellent butter flutes, well done. It was a pleasure. And it makes you want to come back. thanks a lot

Very disappointed for a high standard spa: receptionist too lazy to show me around the premises for a first visit... I finally asked a customer to give me information... after my shower a technical employee came in without scruple in the women's locker room... normal! Workers were working in front of the windows of the women's relaxation area.. the trash toilets which were overflowing.. and after my sauna.. no more water, empty.. nothing to drink or snack. Very disappointed, I do not recommend and I will not return there again. BUT a lovely beautician who gave me a great facial! Thanks to her ♥️

Great restaurant with Japanese specialties. Excellent food. Extremely friendly and very attentive staff. Second visit 4 years after the first, this time for an afterwork brunch: new Friday evening summer formula at CHF 98.- per person including a glass of champagne on arrival, cold buffet, hot dish of your choice, desserts choice and tea/coffee. We had a great time, there was even a DJ playing music all evening, a lovely summer evening. The staff is very attentive, I strongly recommend that you try the Hinata at least once!

We enjoyed our Fondue with herbs and nice Cappuccino. However, the customer service was poor, beside being ripped for CHF 9.50 for one water bottle which we never ordered. We ordered for Tap water and were served with a HENNIEZ still water bottle. On explaining that we never ordered it, staff argued that we might have misunderstood it but now you have bought the bottle and we were made to pay the amount. When we asked to speak with the trainee staff who took the order, we were told that we cannot speak with him. One still water bottle for CHF 9.50 and the rates for which is not mentioned in any Menu card served to us is unacceptable. Clearly not a fair trade practice. Highly disappointed.

Langes Warten! Während 45 Minuten auf die bestellten Getränke und wöhrend 60 Minuten auf das bestellte Essen gewartet. Sechs kleine Raclette-Kartoffeln-Hälften für CHF 19.00! Die Rösti war angebrannt.

Extremely disappointing experience. Totally not consistent with the photos on the website. The gondola had no view, it was in the middle of the terrace stuck to trees and an electrical panel. When I express my disappointment, I ask if we can be granted a commercial gesture for this false advertising and I am told that it is not impossible. I find this absolutely shameful.
