Ate at the bar... terrible service by two waitress! No etiquette Not accommodating Very abrupt Provides food without cutlery, had to ask for it 3 times and even then they come with it with a long delay.

I wouldn't recommend it! Went to this club at 1:00 on a Saturday evening to try something new in Winterthur... After we didn't order anything in the first 10 minutes, the serving staff reminded us that consumption was compulsory and we had to order something... Very unfriendly, we were almost the only ones there Customers leave the restaurant after 30 minutes! Admission: 20.-

Today is February 18th. And sell goods from February 12th. 6 days past the date, that's not possible!

Momo’s are awesome, they put a lot of effort into the hot kitchen. I would like to come there sometime.

Only meat to eat. The zoo raises awareness of environmental protection and animal welfare and at the same time manages to offer non-meat food. Awkward.

Was really nice, great wine and good quality meat and cheese. The service was also friendly. However, the raclette oven is old, the pans don't fit and are too big.

Asking since 5 month for a bill for my room. I get no bill. So if u are a business traveller and you need a invoice take it directly before check inn or just dont book. I will never of corse.

Good food, big portion. Waiting time a little longer but otherwise recommended

I first saved the PDF file on my USB stick. Of course I wanted to print these out. What happened: nothing was printed out. Only two white pages came out. Then of course I checked again to see whether I had actually saved the file on the stick. That was indeed the case. You won't get the money back anyway. (and yes, I went to the guard standing next to it, to no avail.) Just a complete rip off. Update to your answer: If this is not the Guardian's concern, why is your company name and number listed on the price list? (As can be seen in the appendix) For me this means that you have to contact the guard if you have any concerns.

Super cozy restaurant on a boat. Really nice service. Highly recommend-
