Beside the fact that in the website the restaurant looks temporarily closed until 23rd May and it's actually open (full of people inside sit close together), yesterday we have been waiting in the terrace for 40 minutes to be served and nobody came. I went in and asked the waiter if we could order. The girl (a blond one) replied in a quite bothered manner that she would have come. We have waited other 20 minutes and nobody came. It's clear that they don't care about customers...don't go there!! Go to Avogado bar, nice people, nice service, great cocktails

Crispy fish with steamed potatoes and tartare sauce. Even if the food, the service and the location were absolutely OK, the price was still on the upper limit. The fact that I get Lake Biel fish on Lake Biel - these places can now be counted on one hand, but the price in these restaurants is also significantly higher, which is worth considering the 100% guarantee that the fish comes from Lake Biel and not from Prodega Biel comes from, worth it.

I really like this Swiss special restaurant with live music traditional Swiss food and professional staff you can dine in groups as well atmosphere is excellent I recommend this restaurant to those who want to experience Swiss food and tradition one of good restaurant in Interlaken

I was simply having a drink, friendly service and staff

Rooms were small and bathroom tiny however it met our needs and it was very clean. The staff were lovely. They offer a pillow service that was wonderful, as you could choose between 5 different types. Also very much enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. Location was wonderful and they offer free tram rides while you stay.

Good panorama, nice for an after-work beer. However, maintenance is now very questionable. The women's toilet is clean, but 2 lamps have been working for me for several months (reported several times), a hygiene container has been crooked on just one screw for weeks, the wall cover for the flush button/box has been missing for about 10 days and now only one of the 2 cubicles can be closed ...... Repairs urgently needed

Great place for beer and traditional food. Great view from the terrace and nice atmosphere. One of our favourite places in Berne

Great value for money, fantastic food. The rooms are very large and cozy. Yes, the floorboards are creaking and the bathrooms are a bit older but you can see that in the pictures and it is really clean and well maintained. The hotel simply has charm and offers many extras. We'll definitely be back

Really bad. Only give reviews if it was really good or really bad. That was definitely the second one. 1. Terribly overpriced. Cheese slices 25CHF. Since there is no tap water available, we bought a bottle of water to take with us. 10 CHF for a PET bottle in your hand. Ketchup for the fries 2CHF... Food itself OK, but certainly nothing special. Car in front of the door so food delivery is certainly not a problem. 2. Quite unfriendly atmosphere. Service from the staff unfriendly. At the restaurant's playground it says that this is private, which is difficult with small children in the restaurant. A hate letter in the toilet regarding some guests who made a mess and only regular guests should use the toilet. Therefore of course only with a key View is great. Recommend everyone to take a snack with them and avoid the restaurant.

Am 31.05.2021 waren wir erneut auf dem Jungfraujoch und der kleinen Scheidegg. Nach dem erschrekcenden Erlebnis vom letzten Jahr haben wir einen neuen kleinen Versuch gestartet und den Outdoor-Bereich (Selbstbedienung) besucht. Wir wollten vor der Talfahrt gemütlich noch was trinken und was kleines essen. Schliesslich haben wir uns für Nussgipgel, Apfelkuchen (CHF 9.00 - sehr teuer) und div. Getränke entschieden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für den Apfelkuchen wurde Sahne angeboten, die wir aber nicht wünschten. Dies war für die Bedienung ok bot uns aber die Option an, falls wir während des Verzehrs des Kucken doch noch Sahne wünschen, sollen wir uns einfach melden. Dies fand ich sehr toll und Kundenfreundlich. Ob die Sahne zusätzlich was kostet oder nicht, haben wir nicht gefragt. Ganz freundlich wurde uns auch verraten wo wir Besteck finden. In der Sonne genossen wir dann den wirklich sehr luftigen und feinen Apelkuchen und den leckeren Nussgipfel - beides frisch und nicht von der 0815-Grossbäckerei. Entweder vor Ort selbstgemacht oder von einem guten Becker.Am Nebentisch wurden Pommes gegessen. diese wurden sogar (trotz Selbstbedienung) durch ebenfalls freundliches Personal serviert. Als wir gingen wruden wir sogar verabschiedet. So macht ein Besuch spass und man geht in guter Stimmung. Beim nächsten Besuch, so haben wir es uns vorgenommen, wollen wir dann das Restaurant mit Bedienung "testen"

Bons plats de brasserie traditionnelle. Service bon et rapide, attente très raisonnable. Prix un peu élevé pour ce restaurant.
