Equipment is poorly maintained. I think there are nicer, quieter places on the lake. Overall - overrated.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. That lake view is incredible! We had the room with a balcony with lake view. Room was perfectly clean and sheets had good smell which was an important thing for me. The staff was so friendly and breakfast was quite good. We will definitely come again to stay here. Bonus: they didn’t charge us for the parking place because of Easter holiday. It was so nice.

Service neither welcoming nor friendly. We didn't get what we ordered and they made us look like idiots. I strongly advise against it!

Cuisine toute simple mais très bien, personnel très accueillant et sympathique, petites attentions pour les enfants, jolie place de jeux et magnifique vue. Restaurant qui vaut le détour.

Restaurant not very visible from the Route de Ferney because it is located very far back. However, when you enter you discover a warm welcome and good, home-cooked cuisine. Today's "Osso bucco" served with tagliattelle is very well cooked and tasty. Care should be taken in the decoration and layout of the space.

Top notch birthday meal. The meat for the Chinese fondue is a treat, the staff is excellent and attentive I highly recommend

Pour la deuxième fois nous sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant et avons de nouveau été satisfait. Le personnel est dynamique et efficace.Nous avons choisis les filets de perches qui étaient bien préparées. Les frites d’accompagnement auraient être un plus rôties.Par contre la tarte tatin était un vrai délice avec l’accompagnement d’une boule de glace et présentée sur une ardoise. C’était une excellente surprise.

j’ai appelé 24h à l’avance pour une réservation à l’extérieur à midi et ma réservation n’as pas été prise. Je suis arrivée là personne à l’accueil faisais comme si elle ne m’écoutait pas lorsque je lui parlais et m’a dit de partir car il n’y avait aucune table réservé à mon nom.

I ate delicious raclette at Chetzeron restaurant. The raclette cheese is locally sourced and was one of the best raclette meals I've ever had in Switzerland.The breakfast is incredible and I think the pancakes I had were some of the best I've ever experienced.You will not be disappointed by dining at Chetzeron while enjoying postcard perfect views of the mountains!
