Dear guests, my name is Martha Kapela and I am the restaurant manager at the Gasthaus Farm. We always make an effort to be there for our guests, the many positive reviews are enormous proof of this. Our service staff and the kitchen team are set up “per guest”. We always strive to improve the dishes, only use fresh ingredients and prepare each dish ourselves without any aids. The people who come to us are important to us. What is very unfair and causes damage are disloyal service employees. Such employees will be fired immediately. It is time to address the problem openly and to speak up against unfair people. I would also like to make my statement here on behalf of other innkeepers. There are great people in our team; they stand at the stove, at the sink or serve guests every day and do an excellent job. They are collegial and work with each other and all together for the guest. If we acted as accused here, this company would no longer exist. Instead of taking responsibility and learning from their wrongdoing, these people only see one unfair, malicious path. We take every legitimate criticism seriously, take it very seriously and respond to it proportionately. We make mistakes too, but we listen to our guests and see any criticism as an opportunity for improvement. We also tell our guests that. We are visiting Lugano for few days and we had dinner at Bistrot & Pizza Argentino and it was a very good experience. Food is delicious and the service is great, the waiters are super friendly 👍😊
