I’ve been there since the new opening another 7-8 times and every experience has been straordinary! From the service to the exceptional food. Prices are very fair and the portions are very generous. The atmosphere is a typical cosy grotto, it’s very welcoming and nice. Service is outstanding, staff is very nice and helpfull, they also suggest very good dishes and wine! As mentioned before, i higly reccomend this grotto! Well done Grotto Lauro!😊

Great view while eating, super beautiful. We sat outside. The vegetarian dish was very tasty. They even took time to take a photo of us. Lovely again.

Achtung, diese Bewertung betrifft die Zeit von Rita und Masi (und nicht unter Russo): Das Restaurant La Piazetta hat einen ganz speziellen Charme, welchen man nicht an jeder Ecke findet. Freundlich, herzlich, auch ein bisschen "verrückt" (im positiven Sinne) und zu guter Letzt auch richtig gutes Essen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Bleibt so wie ihr seid.

Waited 2 hours! for food. Totally understaffed. Cordonbleu was a greasy disappointment. Side orders got messed up, spinach was way too salty.

The food was excellent! The staff very friendly and accommodating. The view is a dream! I can heartily recommend the Grotto da Peo.

We went for dinner very spontaneously on Friday February 9th. Very friendly reception. Also very attentive throughout the entire evening. You have the feeling that you are at Nonna's house and everyone is sitting and eating together. Burrata appetizer with date tomatoes is very aromatic and authentic. Tartar was cut by hand and not simply chopped in a "cutter". The main course, sea bass beautifully cooked. Very tender and not at all dry. A nice evening. We went home happy. Thanks.
