Very tasty ice cream (the combinations of banana/chocolate and mango/passion fruit were tested). ChaiLatte, hot chocolate and cappuccino also left nothing to be desired. Thanks for the nice, warm and dry hostel on a rainy afternoon! We'd love to come back!

A small cup with two types of ice cream for 4 francs. Okay for a tourist spot. Lime, yogurt with fruit and passion fruit were delicious. Coconut without taste.

The taste was good but nothing like a gelato.

Rarely have I eaten such mediocre ice cream. Zero creaminess, a tiny cup, no taste! Then you'd better have a magnum on a stick!

Great spot to sit by the lake but my gelato was very icy and not particularly intense in flavour. This place is fine if you just want the atmosphere, but if you're a gelato purist there are better options very close by.

This is my kids favorite Gelati shop on the planet! Super tasty with great texture.. yum!

Ice cream was average we had pistachio and stratacellia but there was a raspberry drink which was delicious Very expensive and recently when we went they did take card.

The passion fruit ice cream was very acidic, the coconut ice cream 🥥 didn't taste like coconut. For this price I expected better quality. I'm sorry but today I don't recommend it 😞

Be sure to try mango and tiramisu, Great ice cream parlor on the Kapelle bridge. Prices are 2 francs per ball and definitely worth it 🩵

The portions are very small, the staff is unfriendly and the taste is not very good. It's not as tasty as Korean Baskin Robbins and it's expensive.

Gelato is good and expensive. Does not take credit cards and if using other that Swiss Francs will undercut you on the proper exchange rate by 10%. Just keep this in mind when you go.

I ordered 2 flavors and it contained 2 flavors, but it was calculated as 6 francs, so I asked the staff why it was 6 francs instead of 4, and the answer was 6 francs. At the discretion of the staff, I added the two flavors of my choice to the amount of three flavors. I don't know if it's racism, but I will never go there again. It's 4 francs, which is cheap for Switzerland, so I waited in line to buy it, but I'm going to be so pissed off during the trip that I'm being charged 6 francs.

Nice ice cream. Staff are friendly. Great view if you sit outside. The only issue was that they only accept cash. There is an ATM around the corner though.

Waitress had a poker face, not welcoming. No hello, no thank you, no smile, make me feel like that I shouldn’t be there. When I asked what flavor she recommend, she just shrugged her shoulder. Ice cream from supermarket is better than the one here. It’s pricey and portion is small. Shouldn’t call it gelato.

One of the nicer dessert shops here in Lucerne, with great views of the chapel bridge too! 🍦 the chocolate ice cream was fabulous, with a thick chocolate note to it and doesn’t really melt very fast! 🍰 tiramisu was good too, as good as the ones we make (which we love), and better because the heavy cream used didn’t overpower the entire coffee taste Good spot to catch a view of the Chapel Bridge while enjoying some sweet treats after a day of shopping or tour!

The selection of different ice cream flavors is good. The ice cream also tasted very good and didn't melt quickly like in some other ice cream parlors. The location is very good and you have a nice view of the Chapel Bridge. However, the ice cream is extremely overpriced, but that's so often the case here anyway.

A very nice location at the river. Tables are sheltered by big umbrellas, perfect for a stop to enjoy an ice cream! I just wish they had real waffle cones, but gelato is very good.

Would’ve thought this would be a tourist trap, but actually decent gelato at a wonderful location right alongside the river. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.

My melon 🍈 flavor was super fantastic! It’s the best melon flavor ice cream I have ever had. Very nice location and nice view too. My partner got a pistachio and tiramisu. The pistachio was amazing, he loved it, but the tiramisu was just so so, we don’t feel the tiramisu flavor so much. Still, highly recommended!!

Tasty ice creams with a convenient price

Very tasty frappe. There are some really good ice cream flavors here. Prices aren't the cheapest, but they're ok and quite fair for the quality.

We are from Lucerne and have been good customers at Dieci for several years. My husband always drinks a Chai tea.....now the Chai is made by our boss...we waited anxiously at the dirty table for the drink that used to cost Fr.4.50 and now costs the proud price of Fr.6.-- has. The drink bears no resemblance to a chai, far too sweet, served lukewarm and in a frappé glass with lots of foam. Too bad😏

Very good knobs. We ate lime and mango, both options worth recommending. Comfortable cups and beautiful views of the area.

The selection of ice cream flavors and the ice cream itself were good. The biggest disadvantage of the ice cream parlor was experienced live while the ice cream was being poured into the cup. Imagine the following scenario: You want 2 balls of different types in a moderately sized cup and think "€3.50" for 2 balls is ok. And then the ice cream seller puts 2 scraped knife tips of his ice cream into the cup and wants as much money for these 20 grams as is usually charged for 150 grams. If the ice had put us on cloud nine, I would have liked to have left a better review, but I didn't. You have to know, but I recommend leaving it alone.

Winter break is over and the gelateria is back. The finest cafe, cool gelati and warming soups served directly on the Reussquai by the friendly Dieci team. Walk past Starbucks and treat yourself to quality. 👌🇮🇹🍧☕🥣💝

I had many gelato/icecream in many shops in Luzern. Finally, I found the best one! Pistachio is super delicious (the best pistachio flavour in this town). The price is reasonable 😄. Will Definitely go back there 💕

Good ice cream for a reasonable price. Fiore de latte and coconut were delicious. Unfortunately the melon was tipped. Otherwise definitely recommended.

Very good and friendly service. Location directly on the Reuss with a view of the chapel ridge. Someone before me wrote that 5.00 for three balls was ok. Now there are 2 more balls for it. Normal for Swiss prices. But it's already expensive.

A shop where you can enjoy delicious gelato. I came here because it had high reviews in Lucerne. After all, European gelato is delicious! There are many types of gelato, and they all look delicious. The lemon was sour and refreshing and delicious, and the salted vanilla had just the right amount of sweetness. If I have a chance to go to Lucerne, I would like to eat here again. When you come to Lucerne, please try it!

I had 3 flavors of ice cream for 5 francs. I tried the Mango Pistachio Melon flavor, but it may be a little different for Korean tastes. But it tastes good. I recommend eating while taking a walk by the river. Youtube: Tapclay

It's as good as Italian gelato. It's great for dessert after a meal on the banks of the Reuss River.

Large selection of fine ice creams

Tried passion fruit. It was exactly like eating the fruit. The flavor makes your eyes twitch. Mango is pretty good too. Don't expect American quantity for the price. 😛

I had 5 different sorbets. They were all really delicious and tasted like a real fruit. Toilet is shared but clean. The stuff is so nice :)

The gelato was fine but that’s not the issue I had. My wife and I went to an atm, pulled out 50CHF and then walked to get some ice cream here. We order, get out ice cream, give the girl behind the counter the 50 CHF bill we just got and she gives us the change. We turn around and count the change and realized she only gave us 13 dollars back when we only ordered two small cups. So she was short 30 CHF. A customer had come right after us so we waited for her to finish with them, two Indian men, and then we approached her and told her the mistake she made. She looked at us like we were crazy and said she “didn’t remember us”. It had literally been one minute and we never left the front of the store so how in the F do you not remember us. She talks to the two other girls there and they too look at us like we’re crazy. She stares at the register for a minute and says we have to come back tomorrow so she can see if she made a mistake. Really? REALLY?? We aren’t driving all the way back to Lucerne tomorrow morning because you can’t do simple math. Although I’m pretty sure this was a ploy and they steal from foreign customers this way. This put a complete damper on our day and we just left Lucerne right away realizing it’s just a city of thieves. Whoever owns this store needs to do something about the people they employ because this is unacceptable. I will be researching if there is a Better Business Bureau equivalent in Switzerland and if there is this store will be reported. Beware! And make sure you count your change before you walk away so they can’t claim they “forgot who you are” a minute later.

The tastiest ice cream in all of Lucerne

The ice cream tastes good, the selection is large (24 flavors), the price-performance ratio is excellent: If you want to try several flavors, choose the cup and get a normal portion with a maximum of 3 flavors for 5 CHF, the medium portion with a maximum 4 varieties costs 8 CHF. As is usual in Italy, the ice cream is spatulated (and not balled)! The gelateria is located directly on the Reuss. There are a few tables in front of the restaurant where you can enjoy the ice cream while sitting. Cold and warm drinks are also served there.

The gelati are fine, the staff are friendly (even when there are a lot of people), the espresso is a bit too big, but tastes just like in Italy 😊 and the prices (especially considering the location) are absolutely fair.

Good ice cream by the water, at a tourist price.

I went to the counter and ordered the grande sized gelato, the largest in the house, and the girl working looked very confused at me. I thought maybe i was pronouncing it wrong so i pointed at the example size on the wall and she laughed very hard. Through the tears in her eyes she explained that she never had any one person order that large of a size before. After she got the snow shovel from the back of the shop she proceeded to shovel 5 flavors into the cavernous container. Just as she was finishing i saw the "cash only" sign, which sent me into a panic as i had no cash to pay for this monstrousity i had had this innocent girl construct for me. I left my fiance as collateral and ran to the nearest atm. When i got back i paid for my gelato and brought it across the way to the tables near the water. I ate the entire thing in one sitting, and when i finished i dropped my spoon "mic drop" style into the garbage while staring the worker down. Overall very good gelato and a pleasant experience.
