BEST falafel wrap I have ever had. Owner is super friendly, makes you feel very welcome. Kids (17 and 12 year old boys)enjoyed their Doner bowls and they are hard to please! Fast and reasonably priced for Engleberg. We enjoyed it so much we went back again.

If you want great value and friendly service I would highly recommend. Our food was quick, fresh and we had great service and will be back, nice beer too.

Unfortunately, my visit to your kebab shop was anything but satisfactory. The service was an absolute disaster and the tone of the staff was simply unacceptable. When I arrived I was greeted by a man who seemed unfriendly and unpleasant. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers. He clearly had no sense of customer service. It seemed like he was unhappy in his job and that was clearly reflected in his interactions with customers. His behavior almost made me lose my appetite before I could even place my order. It was obvious that he was completely out of place in his role as a service provider and needed urgent training in politeness. The only bright spot in this disappointing experience was the staff member who prepared the kebabs. He was the only one who appeared friendly and professional and seemed to understand how to treat customers appropriately. It is sad that his efforts are overshadowed by the incompetence of his colleagues. As a paying customer, I expect decent service and a minimum of respect. It is unfortunate that I did not see these expectations fulfilled when I visited your store. I sincerely hope that you take urgent action to improve your customer service team and ensure that future visitors do not have to experience the same disappointing treatment as I did.

Definitely not recommended! We order some chicken donner! The food was coming from freezer after one hour served with dry ice! They take the plates back and throw it in the microwave! One star for friendly waiter!

It felt like we waited an hour for 2 Dürüm where the bread came out of a wrap, which you can buy exactly like that in the supermarket. Unfortunately, it wasn't a masterpiece in terms of taste; it tasted cheap and bland. It burned my face off too. The condition was obviously on coke or something similar. Unfortunately, I will have to forego kebab next time on my skiing holiday.

Doner is ok. Unfortunately, you'll quickly be disappointed on a Friday evening when the store closes at 8:30 p.m., even though it says it will close until 10:00 p.m.

If you are used to eating in Arab restaurants, stay away from this restaurant, as the taste has nothing to do with usual Arab food. The treatment of the staff is not friendly and I do not recommend eating there.

The falafel is the BEST falafel I have ever had (and I tried many). The owner is very passionate about his restaurant and serves many home-made stuff, which he loves to tell you more about. During our stay in Engelberg, we visited this place twice! Also more affordable than other restaurants in Engelberg.

We ordered falafel, which had nothing to do with falafel. We ordered burgers that were tasteless.

I got a Kebab and fries here, and omg. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was the service that I want to discuss. The men who served me were absolutely lovely, very ready to accomodate an English speaker who didn’t have good German. If you want kind folks, who serve fantastic food, look no further, I cannot give enough praise!

Conclusion: Ordered two kebab boxes and specifically ordered them without hot sauce and without salad! However, after an eternity, two kebab boxes arrived with everything in them and extremely spicy, it burned our mouths off!!! Very bad service!

Fantastic little kebab place in the same plaza as the migros. We had the doner and the falafel, both were delicious. The proprietor was quite nice, was interesting talking to him about his background. The falafel were hand formed and delicate, crispy and flavorful. There was a really great hot sauce on the doner, probably the spiciest thing I've had in Switzerland, delicious. (Also cold beer in frosty glasses)

The food is delicious, the friendliness of the host is even better. Lovely again.

I ordered a kebab and received a lahmachun. Mine was cold. Besides, it wasn't finished. Removed my plates. Colleague for salad would have to wait a long time. Almost half an hour. Colleague received hamburger bread. Instead of the real flatbread. Didn't taste good.

Great selection of kebabs, salads and other. Enough to choose from for meat eater or vegetarian/vegan. It is very tasty. Friendly staff and very good value for money. I can highly recommend.

I've eaten there several times but have always been disappointed. Cevacici ordered bread the day before. This week Pule schnitzel with fries. A Vertigschnitzel with chopped meat and fries was fine. Price performance Totally overpriced.

Apparently most people don't care, but the quality is terrible. My Italian friends and I didn't really like it, we left our food there too... unfortunately it was very bad. And we waited 45 minutes just for a kebab! All kebab shops are better in Italy, Germany or the canton of Ticino. Incredible...

Good day After a beautiful sunrise I went to get a kebab box. I was positively surprised by the staff. For this reason, a really nice friend even gave me a franc. Unfortunately the kebab box had a small lake of oil on the bottom, which unfortunately you couldn't enjoy at all. The oil residue surprised me negatively.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! The portions are quite large and it tasted very tasty. I deduct one star because unfortunately no Corona measures were adhered to... the staff did not wear a mask or when preparing food, and Covid certificates were not checked either. Distance could not be maintained.
