Visited here today… they were cleaning so the lady showed me a sign to say ‘leave”… didn’t even have the decency to use words, and even the website was not updated it said they were open. So when I drove 3 kms to get some ice cream for my nephew, naturally we were disheartened

I had Limone and it was refreshing and delicious. I especially enjoyed the corn. However, I went there expecting the chewy texture of gelato, but that part was a little disappointing.

Awesome gelato experience. Big scoops, lots of flavour, friendly staff. It's a small shop, so lines can grow real quick... it's worth the wait...you got to try.

Best Italian Gelato in Switzerland... you have to try fragola with lime and basil... it's a flavour explosion on your tongue💞👌💞. All the others are fantastic too.

We got the popular rounds of croissants, which were an absolute dream! Very generously filled with a very intense pistachio cream and a hazelnut cream. The croissants are very large and thick, which is why it's good that they come in a box to eat later.

As an Italian gelato lover, I found it very hard and painful to buy gelato in Switzerland, since also Italian shops sell super sweet ice-creams. I was surprised when I tried this gelateria, super good and waitress are also very focused on clients and kind :) Please Keep the standards high !

If you are curious about the taste, you can try it with a tasting spoon and place your order👍🏻 After reading the review, I asked if they had Ferrero Rocher, but they said they don't sell it anymore 🥲 After inquiring about other recommended flavors, I heard that pistachio was popular, so I ordered it. The taste is really different from Vera's pistachio, with a more nutty and nutty taste! :) They say lemon/chocolate is also good. - One scoop 4.5 francs - Two scoops 6.0 francs (I think the price is a bit expensive compared to the quantity.)

Amazing ice cream. I felt like I was taken back into my childhood, eating amazing gelato in Italy. It's super rich in flavour and they also have a huge variety of different kinds of gelato and sorbets. Make sure to be patient because people really are standing in line for this... Can't wait to come back!!

Mega delicious ice cream, many varieties are also available vegan. The employees are super friendly and helpful. If you want, you can only try one variety. The price is a little higher, but the quality is really top. There can be a really long queue here on weekends, so don't get impatient.

It is without a doubt the best gelateria in Bern. All flavors are incredible. And the cool thing is that even if you choose the "small" size you can get two flavors. The values ​​are "Swiss standard". The small costs CHF: 4.50 and the medium CHF: 6.00 (value in May 2023). They are well served and are a good size. And it has a “loyalty card”. Buying 9 ice creams, the tenth is free! Don't forget to take the card and stamp it every time you go there. We've eaten a lot of complimentary ice cream because of "loyalty." Today's was free.

Some Lafayette Grand Café vibes from New York in Bern! Fine Golosas with various fillings such as Nutella, pistachios, coconut, caramel and co. The golosas are homemade and cost 6 francs each. The branch is small, there are a maximum of 2 seats inside. Friendly owner. Recommended.

Quality of the gelati can be rated as average for gelati connoisseurs. The service is also average. The frappés are served in plastic cups, made with questionable milk (the waitress smelled the milk first to see if it was still good - that doesn't make a good impression) In addition, the cups were "decorated" with cheap-tasting chocolate sauce, which completely masked the taste of the actual frappé. In the end, the waitress couldn't tell the frappés apart and handed them to the wrong person with the wrong name for the frappé. There are definitely more authentic Italian gelati nearby. Edit: Thank you for the fast response. It's a shame that you don't seem to be taking my review seriously. If you would like to follow up on what I experienced: I visited the Gelateria on August 19th shortly before 10:00 p.m. PS: It's great that the cups are recyclable. Unfortunately, this wasn't obvious to me and so it doesn't do much good if it is thrown in the normal trash anyway.
