I ordered a cheeseburer, I found it a little big compared to a macaron. (You've shrunk everything, it's no longer worth going to you)

Spotlessly clean and very well organised. Very kind and patient staff. Excellent for children with a clean and in excellent condition indoor play area.

I bought a menu from a homeless man who sat down to eat it quietly. (Sunday at 10 p.m.). I had to negotiate with the manager so that the homeless man could stay to eat, because he was afraid that the customers would leave. There were 1 people in the McDonald's at the time. Shameful behavior.

One of those who prepared the burgers, just the one closest to the bar and next to all the customers, assembled the burgers and took everything with his hand WITHOUT GLOVES! Imagine seeing him picking up a handful of lettuce, the meat, the onion, everything with his big hands... It made me sick.

Had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. Initially, they forgot part of our order, and the staff's unfriendly demeanor didn't help. To top it off, an unexpected surprise emerged from our fries – an unexpected guest! Not the kind of dining adventure I was hoping for.

I ordered 4 menus and 2 sandwiches and 2 fries were missing, the sauces were not even the one ordered, and I had 2 ice teas instead of 2 cokes, frankly with all the staff on site laughing among themselves, only one person prepared my order, and we had the impression that it was the only one working, more than 55 minutes of waiting while there were only 2 people in waiting in front of me.... I contacted 3 different staff members and the 3 did absolutely nothing when my order had disappeared from the order list... The 4th grade helped me because I had to make a scandal there. And when I got home half of the order was missing. To flee !!! I don't order at all.

We order on uber eat in this Mac Donald's, I take a cesar salad with 1 cesar sauce + 2 more to reserve I only receive 2 instead of 3... They always forget the croutons even though they should be delivered with the salad ! And what's more, I order tenders and I receive chiken wings... proof in the photo below. Of course I try to contact them 3 times, no response and their link to rate the restaurant is of course invalid! Shameful, just because they are known and know that they will always have customers, they allow themselves to neglect many things.

The worst Mcdonald's in Switzerland that I have been to, the more the years go by, the more the disaster... the staff is overwhelmed because the place is far too small for all the customers, everyone becomes unpleasant, the place is dirty since they don't have time to clean and the toilets are just so small and dirty... frankly the last time we set foot there yes.

I don’t know if I should appreciate McDonald’s or not, but this branch has really nice terrace by the window and it always nice to watch outside and eat some french frise.

It's a shame that there are so few places available/free when I want to go there.

This place is extremely small and you have to wait at least 10 minutes to find a seat at meal times, space to move around is very limited, the toilets are very small, it's unprofessional to be such a small place despite such a central location, Mcdonalds should move to a bigger place.

Failure to follow ordering instructions: I asked to remove the tomatoes from my burger because I am allergic. Good thing I checked because that hadn't been done. Very long wait to be served so the dish was cold on arrival and the drink hot because the ice cubes were missing.

It's always the same... the staff is nice but take away there are systematically errors!!! 4 missing saves… (4 out of 4!!!) asked for a gluten-free and cheese-free double cheese bacon… well there is cheese but no bacon… in fact you always have to check everything!!!

the food doesn't actually taste like food, when my friends went in to get their food, someone who worked there came out and.. i think scolded me in french...? something about a number. i mean it makes sense that they spoke french and not english but there was no need to get so upset at me. we ate outside and the chairs and table were super wobbly.

They want to charge me the sauce for the chicken bites for a cup not for an extra...my medium fry has as many fries as my son's small one..

She pretended not to hear me and left saying “hello my dear” to another customer.. 30 seconds later, she came back to me asking “what’s the problem there? » I explain to her, she asks me the same question 50 times and I'm not exaggerating! and she said to me “get up, come with your tray to the checkout” all this so that another of her colleagues simply told me that it was the box that changed and that inside it was a normal mc nugget .. My only mistake: Not having checked inside before asking my question..
