We often come to Peperoncini to eat one of the finest pizzas in the area or simply to have a drink.

Pizza is very good. Service unfortunately depends on one employee. When she's not there, service is poor. When she is here the service is excellent.

We sat outside and had a drink. The service was very nice and even brought us something to nibble on.

There were two of us and we (wanted) to order two sticks. The service staff said, English? I thought and said, I could order in German. Many people don't speak English either. It should be noted that I recently returned from abroad and would like to be able to order at home in at least written German. Then the guy, I don't know who he was, chimed in. He hadn't introduced himself. I then ordered from him again. He said quite harshly if I was RACIST?? I should leave the restaurant. My wife is FOREIGN. I replied that he should ring the doorbell at my house, he would be surprised. She would also want to order in her country in her language. He complained that it was difficult to find staff. What I'm saying here is that a good company finds good staff. Absolutely nothing against this woman, but not ready for the service, that's all. Welcome to friendly Switzerland, who is still surprised...

The service was very good and the staff were friendly and joking. The pizza was fine, large and generously topped. The tables and chairs have seen better days, but otherwise everything is nicely furnished. Price/performance top

Pizza can be enjoyed here on two floors. Anyone sitting on the lower floor can watch the masters at work with joy and enjoyment. The pizzas are huge, the toppings are absolutely sufficient. Everyone will find something here and with the friendly service, non-alcoholic drinks are served just as well as alcoholic ones. In my pictures you can admire the pizza pepperoncini and the panacotta (unfortunately a bit too sour - but sour is fun) with forest fruits.

Delicious pizza and panini at a central location. You can also enjoy outdoor sitting when the weather is nice.

Everything is just great! Great service and always one of the best seats so far at this location. The cocktail of the month and other specialties are always mentioned at the beginning. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent! I have been extremely satisfied every time so far and will certainly continue to go to this great restaurant.

Despite the fact that the pizza quality may get lower since the delivery, the pizza was really mediocare with the price. There is part on the pizza that is too salty and there is part of it that is tasteless 😀 Maybe my unlucky day.

I was there for a pick up with uber after 20 minutes waiting in the back and they didn't open I go to the counter and the Italian waitress tells me that she is alone and I can also cancel the order education equal to 0 cursed and everything never again.

Wow, where do I start… The greeting was unusual, very unfriendly. There were 2 of us at first and we waited 20 minutes for service. Finally we were able to order 2 cocktails. Were asked by 3 different waiters & waitresses if we had already ordered. Communication equals 0. Our partners joined us later. We ate and drank well BUT the waitress could hardly speak German and was very confusing. Then she came for the bill & all 4 of us wanted to pay separately & we had to calculate our bill ourselves & it just stood there stupidly. When we wanted to leave (on the last train), she told us in a very unprofessional manner that it wasn't right, "There's 7.50 CHF missing," which wasn't on our receipt. She was very cheeky to me & said "Are you ripping us off or what's your problem?!" I was shocked. You definitely don't talk to guests like that. In the end it was claimed that we had ripped them off even though it was the other way around. Obsolete no-go! Happened today, Friday June 16th Location was: Obergrundstrasse 50, 6003 Lucerne

The pizza was really very good. Unfortunately it was very warm in the basement and a bit too loud. But otherwise recommended.

With the loud statement "just a panini?? No pizza??" we almost left again! After serious stomach surgery I can no longer eat a whole pizza! Since my companion wanted a pizza, I suggested the pepperoncini. Because I knew that there were paninis there and I didn't like eating them... So be careful with such cheeky statements, or why do you offer paninis??

The children were able to look over the shoulders of the pizzaiolo “Santo” and were very enthusiastic 😍 The charming service staff were also super accommodating and had a hearty laugh! The pizza is the best. The caprese salad was the best, unfortunately they changed the buffalo mozzarella supplier. Formerly great, now a flop. We complained to the staff, apparently the management is aware of the problem, but they probably don't want to go back to the old supplier. It's a shame, now we have to look for a new regular pizzeria.

Scandalous!!! I received my pizza 30 minutes after my friends received theirs. They didn't even apologize themselves for this inconvenience, no gesture on their part. The service leaves something to be desired.

The service is very bad, unbelievable waiting times. The pizzas would actually be very tasty. 2 visits in 2 weeks and the food was served wrong twice. For 6 people who want to pay, you have to allow 15-25 minutes because the staff is not capable. But the food would be delicious, but the service drags everything down..

I order two pizzas and they arrived at my house after 1 hour and 10 minutes COLD. Of course I throw both of them away. My order was through Uber Eats. I don’t understand why they have to give two orders at once.. the driver went first to Ebikon and after came to my house in Kriens. Unacceptable

By far the best pizza in Lucerne! My girlfriend and I have been going to Peperoncini on Obergrundstrasse regularly for over 5 years now and we have never been disappointed. In addition to the outstanding food, the service is always top. Anita in particular does an incredibly good job! She is always very friendly, attentive and professional. In addition to the excellent food, it is the main reason why we like the restaurant so much. In the future, we will only have one address in Lucerne when we feel like pizza. Super tasty Neapolitan pizza (summer pizza with fresh spinach and aceto), nice young, male waitress with glasses, nicely decorated, only the music wasn't to our liking (it's a matter of taste)

Best service I've had at a restaurant in ages! As was the food, it was great.

Horrible experience: a truly unpolite waiter that made us and other 3 tables wait 30 mins before get the order, then the pizza came after 1 hour we sat and was full of liquid on top (too much tomato sauce?) Also nobody came over to ask if everything is good, we wanted to order some more water but the waiters stayed at the bar table chatting and laughing. Never again here

Disappointing from what you heard. We were there on Friday. My girlfriend for the first time. The service from the waitress (Anita we heard) was very bad. She ignored us as soon as we walked past at the entrance. Yes, they are sitting there. OK. Sat at the bar and waited 25 minutes. Nobody served us. Even the woman in white doesn't know. And neither does the gentleman. There were 3 waiters there and maybe 30 people. After 30 minutes we asked to sit outside. No, no chance, Anita said. At 21 o'clock. Where everyone was almost gone. Apparently there are still reservations. Table blocked. By the time we arrived at 10:15 p.m. no more guests had come. Well, I got the Aperol Spritz which was very light with lots of ice. Tasted like water instead of Aperol spritz. (Rip off) Had to pay for the order and the invoice We each get up and look for the waiter. Honestly...burnt pizza like in the other pictures and very bad service. Here they didn't want to serve, they just wanted to get the day over. We have heard this many times. So this is confirmed. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a cozy evening with good value for money.

pizza war klein, mit wenig gemüse drauf. der boden war überfühlt mit tomatensauce, die zu süss war. der rand war auch durchgehend verbrannt. für mich stimmte die preis leistung gar nicht. wird nicht meine stamm-pizzeria.
