Always received great service. Good bar people, friendly hosts. The only small point of criticism, which is of a personal nature and therefore does not justify a deduction, would be that the menu, unlike the Malou one floor below, has almost no wines. You can get them down without any problem, but you don't always do that Nevertheless, if that doesn't bother you and you want to have a drink in a very friendly smoking bar with exceptionally good ventilation, this is the right place.

Extremely unfriendly staff. As a Ticino resident, I was stunned by the xenophobia towards us as cantonal neighbors. Unfortunately the only option to enjoy a coffee at the train station. The waitress completely missed your career choice. When we walked in without saying anything at all we were simply ignored for 2 minutes while both conditions talked to each other instead of at least greeting each other. Our friendly greeting only made the staff even more annoyed, and it took 10 minutes for us to get our two espressos. The other guests who were present apologized humorously for the unfriendly service and we were assured that it was normal for at least one server. It's a shame because the coffee is very nice. From now on I prefer to wait until I get to Rapperswil to have my coffee in the morning.

Employees just have to be thrown away.

The food would be great. But if it happens several times that you sit there for over 20 minutes without even being looked at by the completely overwhelmed waitress, you no longer feel like it. Ultra embarrassing.

Sehr grosse cordon bleu auswahl , gemütlich Terasse, freundliches Personal, ist zu empfehlen , auch Rest der Speisekarte sieht gut aus

Je suis étonnée de lire que des gens ont été mal accueilli ? Pour ma part la vendeuse a été charmante et souriante ! Grande fan de mochi je viens régulièrement chercher mon stock de survie :) ceux à la vanille et noix de coco sont à tomber et pour un côté amer je recommande ceux au thé vert ! Je n’ai pas encore tester les sushis mais ils ont l’air excellent ! À bientôt pour mon avis sur les sushis :)

rowdy young people, unpleasant manager

Nous avons commander plusieurs fois des burgers, est franchement ils sont délicieux. Les sauces un délice et les frites top. Je peux que recommander ce restaurant. Ou nous nous feront un plaisir de venir une fois les restaurant seront reouvert au public.

Gemütliches, typisch Italienisches Restaurant mit umfangreicher Speisekarte. Man kann auch draussen sitzen. Immer günstige Mittagsmenu mit Salat oder Suppe inbegriffen. Abends unbedingt das Filet vom heissen Stein oder Fondue Chinoise versuchen.Bedienung ist sehr nett und das Essen steht schnell auf dem Tisch.Was will man mehr?

Je suis allée plusieurs fois et je n’ai jamais été déçue de toute ma vie. Ils sont géniale et propre le service est magnifique les serveurs sont super gentil avec nous. Que dire de mieux sur ce restaurant ? En tout cas j’aiL’intention de re-venir mercredi avec des amis et c’est moi qui ai proposé de venir ici :)

I went to this restaurant with a Poinz app deal and everything went so well I think we will come again. There is lots of parking space around the restaurant, which makes this an attractive place to drive to. The service is polite and swift, also in English. The food was tasty and the terrace was nice as the sun was shining. We ate Cordon Bleu, which was really good. They serve several different kinds of Cordon Bleus, and the Rösti croquettes are great as well. I would appreciate it if the red wine would be better. Also, it shouldn't be stored in the fridge as it's too cold to drink. A small wine fridge would be best for a restaurant that doesn't serve that much wine. I wonder why they are so rare?
