Announce the closing time before the customer orders...no comment... As if I intended to spend the night there to have a hot drink. In any case we feel welcomed and welcome.

Today, March 9th, 24, I drank a tea, the tea alone was ok, but the tables were very dirty, my table was full of coffee, half of which you couldn't use, it was that bad there!!! The ambience is a disaster, what kind of interior designer builds the children's play cabin in a restaurant rental? That means you can't sit all around, there's so much noise, children scream, jump and hit the turn like in a crazy house!!! For those who go there to have a coffee, tea or just something to drink and have some peace and quiet, you can forget that like in the shell!!!

So hard to find things. The layout is terrible, forcing customers to walk through a maze of displays to get from one point to another. There is no direct route from one side to the other. Shopping "psychology" (encouraging people to make impulse purchases as they traverse the store) gone mad

Salad was inedible! Spaghetti all broken, sauce from a can? Pizza edge burnt, center soggy.

There was no one there. It was empty.

We have rarely eaten so badly, it was just terrible! First we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, the delivery person was on the phone and didn't think it was necessary to say anything. There was hardly any edible meat on the chicken wings and aside from tasting burnt, they had no flavor. The country fries were also slightly burnt and absolutely tasteless. The nachos we ordered were just tortilla chips without anything on them, neither cheese, sauce nor anything else. The salad tasted like salad, but it had almost no sauce on it and then it was the wrong one. Burger was dry and bland. We don't normally write reviews but we couldn't leave this alone, it's really tragic. We've never been so sorry about spending money on something!
