After 1.5 hours the order didn't arrive. According to the branch, my pizza was only prepared when I called and it took another 30 minutes. I was also told it was my fault that the order didn't arrive because I was disturbing the staff while they were making the pizza with my one call. That's just a disgrace!!! I would never hire such staff and would definitely fire the branch manager straight away. The way he deals with/speaks to customers is not solution-oriented and wants to create conflict.

Super fast service and very friendly waiters (especially the tall gentleman with short hair and round glasses, you are a sweetheart <3)

The pizza boxes stink so the pizza smells inedible. Yesterday, 4 people out of 4 orders had food poisoning, diarrhea and vomiting... I advise the operator to take up other employment and rather give the snack to people who know their trade and have good intentions for people...

When I wanted to have lunch with my friends, a cheeky employee shouted at me during the meal that I shouldn't consume the sandwich I had brought with me and the cola I had bought there. If she had told me properly, I wouldn't have gotten angry. Then she asks me whether I always take my stuff with me when I visit. I found that disgusting and penetrating. I then took a small chip and sat at the table anyway, just so she doesn't think she can throw customers out in this cheeky way. She is also the only employee who stands out in a very negative way. The rest is super friendly. I'm disappointed with Migro because it's a family business and such cheeky and anti-social people simply don't belong there.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I can say that I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly. I will definitely come again. Many greetings to the owners Bianca and Roberto.

Deceptionla livraison n'était pas conforme à la commande.Je me demande si c'est pas volontaire Pour commencer vous créer un n° surtaxé à X.CHF/ minutes, vous ne livrez pas complètement la commande, de cette manière le client ne vous appelle pas, car ca lui couterait plus cher que le/les articles manquants. We have stayed many times and each time reinforces our love for this hotel. The position is superb with amazing views over the lake and mountains , and Pilatus opposite. It's wonderful to sit out on the balcony and relax watching the boats go by and the timeless landscape. The service is fantastic from the reception staff for whom no request is too difficult to restaurant staff who are always very helpful and the cleaners who do a brilliant job. Just a short bus ride into town and you are in the middle of the transport hub , with very easy access to the boats, and bus and rail station as well as the beautiful city . Cant wait to go again
