I would have liked to give more stars... (-) An absolute NO GO for me is unequal treatment, which is reported here: Apparently guests who appear foreign are treated badly. As a Swiss citizen, I do not tolerate such discrimination - these are fellow residents in our country! Like everyone else, they have respect, appreciation and impeccable services too good for their money! Racism is not only shameful for us fellow Swiss, it is also against the law. (+) the location is a dream so beautiful (+) you can go swimming directly in the lake... (+) the fries are tasty (although unevenly seasoned) (+) Burger big and tasty, but nothing special (-) Had to wait 30' during normal operation (2x hamburger, 1x crispy, 1x fries) (-) Knsuperli way too much oil left on it

Food: poor. Prices: proud. Staff: demotivated. Waiting times: unbearably bad (poorly organized processes). Never again.

Absolutely unprofessional!!! Ordered via homepage, received confirmation email, delivery confirmed for 2:00 p.m., asked by phone at 2:35 p.m. and apparently no order was even received. It is also not possible to deliver at 2 p.m., even though it was possible on their own homepage!!! I was almost laughed at on the phone when I mentioned the delivery time of 2 p.m.! Extremely unsatisfactory and totally unprofessional. 0 stars would be more justified.

Clean place. However, rude and incompetent employee.

On the evening of October 20, 2023, I bought 3 chestnut mille-feuilles to take away. Bitter and sour taste of the paste leaves and tasteless brown, prevented me from swallowing. Obviously, they were not fresh and at least 4 to 5 days old. Very disappointed, a little desire for mille-feuilles transformed into a disgust. (See the pictures). Very disappointed !

I order an American coffee from a slightly impatient young "waiter". I received a large cup, black and intense from the aroma. I immediately ask for the jug of hot water separately, as the service requires. He replies that this is how American coffee should be served... but he brings me hot water anyway. I try to have an exchange, explaining to him the reason for the water supplement... but I only saw his back, with barely audible comments in the background... Moral: if you don't know something you can always listen, and maybe learn something new. Result: arrogance of the waiter Customer dissatisfaction.

A man puts on a grand air... although he is only there to manage security, and refuses us entry, there are 4 of us, the bar is not very full... but it's not very serious. We were right next to each other, the other man was much nicer.

I ordered from Happy Buns for the first time today and was really pleasantly surprised. When my 3 burgers and my sides came, I was a little shocked at first because the burgers were actually smaller than expected. BUT when you ate you realized that it was actually enough. So you usually tend to eat more to get rid of the food, but here I was full as a grown man and didn't have a food coma afterwards. The side dishes were also delicious. I found it all a bit expensive, but I'd happily go back every now and then.
