The ladies in the kiosk always serve customers in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you very much and keep it up 😀😀😀

Cookies are absolutely delicious

I have been ordering via just app for 90 minutes. Order should be there by 7:28 p.m. Then I had to call afterwards!!! With an order of 105 CH honestly?! If you take too many orders, it's your own fault, sorry... But something like that doesn't work without letting you know... And now I have to wait again until they can deliver to me?!

We bought a system from Kolb in 2020. At the end of 2023 we are on the 4th compressor failure, two total failures of the refrigerator, Pat system 1+2 and the freezer. After the repair... Technician forgets to adjust the skin power switch... again complete failure. The next morning Kolb visits, our cooler (always 5 degrees is never adjusted) is at -18 degrees the next morning Kolb is of the opinion that their mongers are reliable and didn't change anything..........(Only Kolb employees were present) We just have problems so be careful

J'avais réservé pour 22 personnes et envoyé la liste des menus 2 jours avant mais le patron ne comprend rien (ni en français, ni en anglais, ni en allemand) et nous avons attendu 1h30 entre le service de la première personne et celui de la dernière (et nous étions les seuls dans le restaurant !) Ils n'avaient pas les boissons que nous avions commandées et le pire, c'est les promesses en l'air: le patron vous promet un rabais de 2.- par assiette parce que c'est une sortie de classe avec 20 enfants et au final il n'en fait rien !

Not the best food high prices and there are just way better options out there... Honestly I wouldn't recommend eating there

Ordered food at 8, it arrived at 10.15 pm ! The food was pathetic in taste and felt stale. we could not even eat 50% of it. What a sheer waste of money ! Will never order from here in my life. Pathetic experience.

The food was good (a little spicy). The delivery time was underground. Originally it was said to be between 55 and 70 minutes. Then 90 minutes. After 110 minutes we called. Apparently they leave in 10 minutes (i.e. 20 minutes for us). 5 minutes later we got a call back: they didn't have part of the order. And you notice that after 2 (!) hours? Then they offered us an alternative that was much cheaper. Only when we pointed out that we had already paid were we offered a larger alternative (German is not their strength, English is more likely). The dessert was supposed to have 10 pieces, but only 8 were delivered. In the end we waited 2.5 hours! Never again. A pity

I would definitely never go there again. It's a shame that everyone can host today, even if they have no idea about the whole business. PLEASE reintroduce vocational school, business school 👍

Not recommended, it's too expensive and the portions are too small and generally it doesn't taste good.

Funnily enough, always friendly for me. I have no idea what problems the others are having :D
