A café créme for 5 fr is simply too much of a good thing...... 🙄

Unfortunately the edge was quite dark and dry. Currently burnt black. Probably too long in the oven, which generally made the pizza quite dry??!

Epiphany cake sale a disaster! Not only were there far too few, but the preparation and speed of the sale were a disaster. Kübler always likes it, but certainly never again in Pratteln!

The Coop store wouldn't be bad, most of the employees are very friendly and helpful if you can find an employee there So I would like to say it doesn't affect every Coop employee, but there are always one or two black people on the team And for those who gave 5 stars, they are either not quite right or have a screw loose It's mainly about the young, fat girl with bright hair And the Italian woman who looks a bit like she's in withdrawal is fully tattooed :s How can you be so unfriendly to the customers? The withdrawal woman sometimes shouts throughout the store as if she is suffering from withdrawal symptoms, hence the name withdrawal woman so really disgusting!!! Sometimes it's like a gutter!!! and I'm not exaggerating because she welcomed me like that!!!!! The young Meiteli is chatting with her kiosk colleague at the kiosk checkout. And at the checkout where she works there should be 5 people waiting until she has it done, people want to pay!!!!!! helpful zero!!!!!! I think she would be quicker at loading kebabs than to serve a customer!!!!!! So!!! I hope the two of them will make a bit of an effort to improve in the future, but unfortunately I don't see it that way

The service itself, very poor. You are pushed away over the phone. When I called back I was spoken to very rudely and incompetently. The gentleman seemed very annoyed on the phone. When we picked it up, we politely asked if we could have anything extra on our order, and the answer was "Do you want to take it with you or not?" With a very cheeky tone. In general, the service in the restaurant was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I find this kind of behavior towards customers unacceptable. Not recommended in my opinion.

Admittedly, the employees really do a lot and still remain very friendly and customer-oriented. But the food is an absolute no go. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even slightly spread on the edge because it was probably added afterwards and the biggest shame: everything was literally flooded with ketchup. I had to throw the whole food in the trash and to be honest it ruined my desire for it. Maybe this staff should do a stage in Laufen to learn how to make a hamburger, but I think that such a provocation is no coincidence, some employee is taking revenge on someone. Certainly the worst Mac I've ever visited, just horrible crap...

I'm otherwise very happy with Ikea, but the kitchen we installed had an assembly error. For 8 months now it's been a back and forth with new order numbers, forgotten repairs, an appraiser came, then it wasn't processed again. Getting a new cover is more than just a hassle. Very unfortunate

VERY RUDE STAFF I wanted to pay with 50€ because the exchange rate wasn't appropriate, so I didn't want to. The woman at the checkout became VERY energetic. The woman told me you can't cancel it. Sayings like; “You can do that in a Turkish shop” which I find racist. “This is a problem because of them you know” “It’s their fault” Sorry, but I worked at a kkiosk myself, it's nothing like that and there weren't any other customers there. Gets upset because she has to work at her place of work.
