Great hotel, very easy to reach by public transport. The entire service is top notch and the staff are very accommodating and friendly.

It was the best pizza we've ever had. The employees are polite, the service is fast. We preferred Saracena. It was a vegetarian, meat-free, delicious pizza. If you come to the interlake region, I definitely recommend you to choose this place.

I would like to share my experience with your service. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the level of customer service I experienced. There were moments when I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I think it could be helpful if the team did more training on how to deal with customers to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and friendly manner. Apart from that, I think it's absurd that the cash register closes at 10 p.m. and you can't buy a drink. Purchase was made with cash only. PS: It would be appropriate to serve the pitta on a plate. Was the last visit.

Great breakfast and resturant. Everything very tasty and natural. Spa, sauna, herbal bath, steam bath and Jakusie pool, with fantastic views. Most importantly, professional and friendly reception. We've been here since Friday and our room hasn't been cleaned properly even once, even though I've already called 3 times today. It's already a flop! Fitness room with a treadmill and 2 bikes but one doesn't run! Restaurant Top food but the same faces in the morning and evening which means the staff is overwhelmed! Bar Flopp Hardly anyone there where serving! Absolutely not worthy of 4 stars! Max 3! Massage room is absolutely loud from the wellness area, you can hear everything from there and you can't really relax!

We're already home, but the enthusiasm for the hotel is still there ❤️👍
