Very cozy hotel in Kandersteg with a beautiful view of the rocks. We spent our retreat here with a larger group and everything went wonderfully. The previous communication to organize the retreat was absolutely respectful and productive! During this time we were looked after really well and we always had a contact person who took the time to answer our questions/concerns. But the best thing: the house has a really adorable Büsi that absolutely enjoys all the attention from the guests :D

We were welcomed with insults. To mention a few: a**h**es, afghan "something" I couldn't understand. Rude, agressive and obviously xenophobic owner, we will never come back: we felt attacked by a mad dog. Being welcomed like this on a parking never happened to us ever before. Quite a shame in Kandersteg, the hometown of one of the most popular and charismatic wiseman the Swiss Federal Council ever had: Adolf Ogi.

The place to eat in Kandersteg. Off the main road but well worth going up there. Lovely staff. Really good value well cooked food

We've been here since Friday and our room hasn't been cleaned properly even once, even though I've already called 3 times today. It's already a flop! Fitness room with a treadmill and 2 bikes but one doesn't run! Restaurant Top food but the same faces in the morning and evening which means the staff is overwhelmed! Bar Flopp Hardly anyone there where serving! Absolutely not worthy of 4 stars! Max 3! Massage room is absolutely loud from the wellness area, you can hear everything from there and you can't really relax!

It was a little colder in the evening and they didn't want to serve us on the terrace. Our group was not allowed in because not everyone had a certificate.

2 fantastic schnitzels, nice hot plate, side dishes just right, whole bottle of mayonnaise available. Friendly service. Splendid! And thank you ☀️

Käsespezialitäten, Rösti etc. wie sie sein muss mit Produkten aus der Region. Versuchen Sie unbedingt die Käseschnitten!

Great food. Were there twice at lunchtime. Both very satisfied. Food is top notch. Prices are almost too fair. And the atmosphere is almost too familiar. I would love to come back. Keep it up.

This place is where I could feel welcomed, the owners are amazing!! The establishment is very cozy, I recommend everyone to visit.😊
