I booked a private “chocolate bar” workshop at the Chocolate School, and we had a wonderful time as a family, with a very professional and friendly chocolatier! A big thank-you !
Nagomi Sushi
A gem of a Sushi place in central Geneva, not far from the Cornavin train station and in the Pâquis area of town.
This restaurant provides for the freshest and most succulent Sushi I have had in Geneva, with melt in your mouth fish spanning the range of subtle flavours this kind of cuisine offers.
This restaurant is very small and you definitely have to reserve your seat in advance. Its intimate atmosphere and simple but elegant settings are transport you out of Geneva and into Japan.
The best in my view is to get a counter table seat to see the Chef at work, expertly cutting and preparing every morsel of goodness.
Granted, this place is a bit on the pricey side but considering the freshness of the fish, the attentive service and who is preparing the food right there in front of you, it is well worth going to.
Note the restaurant has sister ‘tempura’ restaurant that is also getting glowing reviews.
Are you looking for a transalpine family atmosphere? Go for it !
Madame receives you with sympathy and puts you at ease and takes care of you with her kind assistants.
The boss, after finishing his series of pizzas, spontaneously comes to chat with you. Difficult to find an establishment open Saturday lunchtime in the neighborhood, this couple is there, as are the regulars.
Excellent dishes, reasonable prices.
