A really average Italian restaurant. The employees are nice but the food is really not exceptional. The pizzas can still go but the so-called homemade pasta is really mediocre. I had pasta carbonara but it was just tasteless cream and bacon pasta. In other words, nothing to do with carbonara. In short, this restaurant can help but don't go there in the hope of eating a good Italian dish.

It has its terrace! It is close to both the airport and the stairs to the train platforms. Variety of begels and hot and cold drinks. Good option to spend time waiting for your flight or train.

Super smiling staff in the morning. But there is a problem with the afternoon shift. I go regularly, they are unpleasant, don't listen to customers, never a smile. Can you alternate teams so we don't have to go through this anymore????

Restaurant not very visible from the Route de Ferney because it is located very far back. However, when you enter you discover a warm welcome and good, home-cooked cuisine. Today's "Osso bucco" served with tagliattelle is very well cooked and tasty. Care should be taken in the decoration and layout of the space.

⚠ Although the Hotel is self-declared "Dog Friendly" on their website, this is not the case!! You cannot eat in the lunch room or in the Olivo with your 4-legged companion. The reception at the concierge desk on the evening of 01/25 at 7 p.m. by a man of average height, overweight and Arabic-speaking, was very unpleasant, even rude. Same story at the entrance to Olivo. The lady at reception was also haughty, hiding behind the “no dogs allowed” sign to make me understand that dogs are not allowed. 😐 So the hotel is "Dog-Friendly" if you leave your dog alone in the room. ABE. We were offered to eat at the bar, I had to force myself to get the Olivo menu and be served at the bar. At the Bar, a big BRAVO to Megan who saved our evening with her excellent service, her smile and her good humor. I ordered the veal confit for 8 hours, it arrived lukewarm as did the mash, good in taste but not pleasant to eat. Same for vegetables and steak sauce. My first experience at Olivo wasn't great but this second one was even worse. So neither I recommend nor I return.

We ate dinner here while staying at the hotel. We shared an Asian dish and a pasta dish, both were tasty and portion sizes reasonable. Service was a little slow, but otherwise good. Modern and comfortable atmosphere.

I would like to express my unfavorable opinion regarding the service station, especially regarding the experience with the dark-haired saleswoman. His attitude is not welcoming and seems to depend on his mood of the day. It often happens that she remains absorbed in her telephone, making customers wait to be cashed. On several occasions I have remained in front of the counter for minutes without her deigning to speak to me, while being distracted by his phone. In addition, I am disappointed to note that the croissants offered are not always well cooked and have inconsistent proportions. It is unacceptable to pay the asking price for products that do not meet the expected quality standards, especially for a regular customer of this station. This situation repeats itself regularly and it is clear that it requires significant improvement. Despite my loyalty to this station, each visit leaves a bitter taste. I have often been tempted to share my opinion, but I decided not to hold back any longer. It is really necessary to take measures to improve this situation, because this is becoming unacceptable, in addition to the other problems noted. Please consider these comments seriously, as addressing these issues is critical to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
