Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. Arrived with my Jura machine from 2017 for a repair. I don't know if he was having a bad day but I could already feel him annoyed. I explain to him that when I select coffee or espresso, the machine grinds the coffee but does not seem to come down and the machine indicates "not enough ground coffee". Although you can clearly hear that the machine is grinding the coffee, it tells me that it is the grinder that is faulty. On that note, even if I find it strange, he has more experience than me and I say ok. As if he didn't want to take care of it, he told me that he had to get an estimate, that it would take around ten days and that afterwards, it would take around fifteen days to collect the repaired machine. . He adds that it takes between CHF 350.- and 400.-. Before going to Gabert's, I called the Jura hotline and the lady on the phone told me that I could send the machine to them via a delivery person who would come and collect it from my home, and that a quote of CHF 98.- deductible from the work will be sent to me and that it takes around ten days to collect my repaired machine for an estimated cost of CHF 300. The nice lady tells me that if I go to Avenue de Luzerna 13 at Gabert's, it will will cost less and it will be faster... How can I put it... Ordered the chicken burger. It was okay. The fries were okay as well but they come as extras so you have to pay for it. The price was 24 CHF. Maybe this is normal Swiss price.

The setting is very pretty and the staff are pleasant. I just find it a shame that we received our starter (nachos) and our main courses (sushi burger and fries) at the same time. Otherwise we had a good time. THANKS.

We have visited a couple of times during winter & summer, when the season allows to eat on the terrace it is extra nice. Food is nice, also good choice of tapas if you just want to have a few nibbles to enjoy a glass.

Very Authentic and Chilled... Just don't be in a rush...!

Absolutely incredible authentic Indian food that was fresh, generous portion sizes and perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable and attentive too. It was so incredibly clean and even linen napkins! Do yourself a favour and go there. Only reason it lost one star 🌟 was because there weren't enough patrons eating at this amazing gem of a restaurant.
