I'm not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this time I felt like it was more than needed.First of all I had called to book a table and since it was raining I was expecting they'd put us on a table that's covered, when we got there there was one maybe two tables not covered (mind alll the covered ones were empty) and they told us to sit there. The servers didn't care if it would have started raining while we were eating. Of course we just left. The worst thing about this wasn't only that but how the servers talked to us. Never heard someone talk in such a disrespectful to me. Since I'm already complaining about this I'll also mention that the quality of the food in general and service decreased a lot from our first to last visit there, which is a shame for the price point.They also removed most of the vegetarian options (which ingredients are also used in most of other dishes) and last time I went there they weren't able to put together a decent vegetarian sushi, which made me believe that they have the things pre made. I don't know about you but this isn't considered a luxurious or even nice restaurant.I'm very disappointed.

I am very happy to be able to share the kindness and preparation of the staff who almost daily suggest/recommend suggestions for excellent food and good products both in the confectionery and non-confectionary sectors. Very good quality in a romantic setting. The display showcase is rich and has a lot of variety of products, especially artisanal ones. I highly recommend it.

Something has changed and for the worse. SLOW, listless or unmotivated service. Sin! I don't pretend hypocrisy but if I pay 4.30 for a cappuccino, a certain service must be included. Today I had a hot chocolate with cream, cappuccino cup full to the brim, cream in a small glass pebble, obviously if you want to put it on the chocolate everything spills out. I asked for a bigger glass..... "of course if you do that....!" I in no way tolerate the fact that they don't have cups for the hot chocolate but they make me feel like I don't know how to consume it . A nice renovation of accessories and staff training "the customer is your salary and you collect for the place". Cost of hot chocolate with cream Fr. 6.- So I expect a cup suitable for what you propose

Good quality/price, everything very fresh and tasty.

Bad service: I arrived in the late afternoon around 6pm, I ask for an aperitif for 2 people, your collaborator shows me where to sit and while I am taking off my jacket (we are still standing) she asks me what should be served...... he was probably in a hurry.....I don't think we will return to this place nor will I recommend it

We have just been to this family run restaurant. We can only offer our most sincere compliments, both for the delicious dinner and for the excellent service and for your kindness and helpfulness! It was truly a very pleasant dinner in all respects! We will definitely be back!

we had an apéro in our favourite restaurant in Lugano.with the re-opening we could only notice that it is as great as usual
