The raclette is delicious and the manager is incredibly kind.

One of my favourite hotels. We recently stayed a second time, for a week’s skiing in the mountains. The rooms are lovely, the swimming pool/spa area fab and the food excellent. The thing, however, that marks it out is the staff: they are universally wonderful. Helpful, chatty, informative, welcoming: they’re all lovely. I’m sorely tempted to go back there again in the summer with my daughter (who also adores the Capra!) Highly recommended.

Very nice mountain hut that really does justice to its charm. Today we visited the Schäfeestube again for a long time after we were thrilled the last time we visited. I can say the enthusiasm continues. Great service from the boss herself. Extremely warm and charming. The food is varied, fresh and simply great. The wine was a Heida from Diroso, a recommendation from the boss, a little dream. We are thrilled and would love to come back. Hello Jean-Claude and family

Beautiful high quality hotel with equally high quality, attentive, friendly, professional, customer focused staff that genuinely add to the experience of staying here. It has a very relaxed vibe. The whole hotel is very modern and the rooms are very spaceous and very well equipped. We are here with young children and have been made very welcome. The pool and spa facilities are also exceptional. The breakfast offers lots of choice and the afternoon cake buffet is very nice after a day on the slopes.

Warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, smiling and friendly staff. Bathroom with exceptional mountain views. Close to ski lifts. In short, fabulous place

The Hotel Bristol is in a well located position in the Saas Fee village. Very close to the nursery slopes, main ski lifts, shops, restaurants and bars. It is definitely a ski in but not sure on the ski out claim as you have to walk up a slight hill to get on piste, However that’s not a major issue. The hotel staff are very polite and offer a great service. We fully enjoyed our visit during February 2024 and would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Bristol. The restaurant is located in the center of Saas Fee, the menu is quite wide without being too long. The welcome is pleasant. The dishes are well served in quantity and the quality is very good. To recommend

Very nice café in the middle of Saas-Fee. I really like the best drinks and, above all, the ambience. The name suggests it; Vinyl records can be purchased here.
