Nous avons eu la chance de vivre la réouverture du restaurant, dans sa nouvelle version, avec une soirée animée par une jeune chanteuse de rock-folk.Le menu du moment (menu unique pour tous les convives de la soirée) mettait en avant des produits locaux et de saison. Un menu coloré et savoureux de grande gastronomie.Le service se voulait apparemment décontracté, ce qui n'est à la base pas pour nous déplaire mais nous regrettons l'absence de présentation des plats et le manque d'échange, même lors du service des vins.

Excellents filets de perche et moelleux au chocolat en menu du jour. Très belle présentation et goûts savoureux. Les étoiles sont dans les assiettes et dans les yeux de Monsieur de Courten. Bravo et merci

Very good fondue and very good tartare, impeccable service

Very nice restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. We ate 870g of Simmental dry aged. The meat came without some vegetables and ingredients. The fries weren't crispy. For dessert we had a cheese platter for Fr 32. Unfortunately no honey was included. There were also no separate small dinner plates. It's just a shame because the total price was over Fr. 280 for two people. The price-performance ratio can still be worked on a little

The only true artisanal ice cream parlor in the region which is very particular about the quality and freshness of its quality products at really reasonable prices. Fresh and on site, even the snacks are made fresh with fresh produce. Crepes, paninis, waffles, sandwiches and lots of seasonal surprises. In addition there is an Italian grocery store on site with quality choices.
