Good opening hours from 10am until evening, free restrooms and a small but delicious self-service menu. Good spot to take a swim in the lake next to it. We liked both the Burger Valaisan and the Cesar Salad

Charming place renovated with lots of warmth. We had a very good weekend there, the rooms are clean, nothing to complain about. The evening meal was incredible with local products, very well presented and very well served. The staff is friendly, smiling and in a good mood. Thank you for this lovely moment and good luck.

Fantastic bakers and cafe. Perfectly situated walking distance from the main parking area at the lake. Delicious local specialties for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Food and drink was excellent! Unfortunately not enough parking spaces, but a very cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. We will be back!

I had a 2-night stay at the experimental chalet, and how can I tell you that it was a great experience. Whether it's the hotel staff who take great care: the bar team who are exceptional, creative cocktails such as hot cold (a mulled wine iced version to die for), the reception always available 24/7, the team at the spa (the frozen bath experience is a must try) as well as the service at the restaurant where the food is very good and the portions are generous. I find nothing to complain about, we feel good, every detail has been carefully thought out which makes the aesthetic of the hotel very pleasant. The shuttles which circulate throughout Verbier. I would come back to try the Farm Club next time. Bravo to this charming establishment close to the cable cars and long life to the Experimental Chalet ❤️

Zu viert zum Mittagessen angemeldet. Wie immer einen schön gedeckten Tisch mit Aussicht auf die Berge gegenüber. Amuse bouche auf Roggenbrot mit Geisskäse nicht für Jederfrau- und Mann. Vorspeisensalat und Roggensuppe waren ausgezeichnet. Mein Hauptgang Tartare mit Roggenbrottoast ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Das Schweinssteak der anderen Teilnehmer war allerdings von minderer Qualität, was wir so im der Roggenstube nicht gewohnt sind. Unser diesbezügliches Feedback wurde vom neuen Küchenchef Louis positiv aufgenommen. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns eine Überarbeitung der Menukarte wünschen, etwas Abwechslung mit etwas mehr "Bodenhaftung" wäre uns willkommen und würde sicher auch dem Umsatz aus der direkten Umgebung vermutlich gut tun! Wir werde sehen und sind als Sommer-Stammgäste gespannt wie's jetzt weiter geht. Die Grundlage und das Potential ist mit der neuen Leitung auf jeden Fall vorhanden.

We stopped here on our last night in Zermatt, looking for a later night quiet dinner to wrap up our trip. We did not expect this to be the best dinner we had in our two week vacation. The truffle pasta, and steak frites were both incredible. I will dream about this pasta for the rest of my life. We also had crème brûlée and the hot chocolate, both blew our mind. Ronny was such a fun and engaging server who made us feel valued and right at home. It was an incredible experience.

Tried takeaway menu. Avocado hummus and Homemade Cannelloni Beef Tataki and Chicken Satay The food is delicious and the presentation is also wonderful even if it’s takeaway.
