A real disaster… again and again. The place is very nice, but the food is not good, always the same, the offer is even more and more limited and the service is astronomically slow. And, if I may, respond to Aude who complains that the “children’s menu” is fries and nuggets for 8CHF: “… we are not a fast food restaurant but rather an establishment which focuses on the quality of the products . » is completely off the mark. A restaurant that focuses on the quality of its offering does not offer “nugget fries” as a menu for children. If Biotope is not a fast food restaurant (we all know that because in fast food there is fast) do not offer the same food as the worst fast food restaurant.

Change seller/manager please. I go to this Kiosk almost every day and I have never had the right to a Smile or a Hello even though it is so basic. Opening hours are never respected and if unfortunately he talks with an acquaintance, do not hope to be served efficiently. I would find other solutions but I would never go there again.

unpleasant staff, haughty and unbusinesslike boss! mixed salad 15-for 3mini pieces of cucumber, 1/4 of tomato, 1tbsp of carrot, 1 lettuce leaf, 1/2 egg and 1/2 slice of bread… small portion of fries for 7- overpriced industrial cocktail a refreshment bar to absolutely avoid!

9CHF for a medium portion of fries.. I checked with the waiter, showed him and he confirmed that it is indeed the medium size. Their extra scoop that they mention? If I already had a medium fry we could talk about it.. Average burger, not particularly tasty. After reading the responses to the comments, it is interesting to read the “we take your comments into account” or other “we cook fresh products in front of you which explains the price”. However, nothing changes, the cheddar and the sauces are not homemade, the rolls piled up in plastic containers under the work surface, so it depends on what you mean by fresh... 😂 9CHF for 3 fries “fresh”, we must not be far from the 95% margin. Never again in Lausanne, very different elsewhere.

It's pricey but the staff didn't want to offer hot water again for the tea pot we ordered, she even mentioned that her boss advised her not to give hot water 🫥 its just hot water ! But nice environment 👌 👍 😌

Poor service, exorbitant prices, announcing that there was no meat served and ultimately yes, fish not seasoned at all, ice cream menu not at all up to date since there just wasn't any. The children were disappointed that they couldn't eat the ice cream they had chosen. So we went to buy an ice cream at Migros since it is nearby. We were sold a bottle of lemon romanette from Migros (less than a franc on the market) and charged 18.-!! I will never set foot there again and I will not give good publicity; believe me!

A superb performance hall for students and their parents. There are often super cool events and a really friendly team of managers. Afterwards the buildings are very old and it would be important for the state to consider renovations of all the buildings, especially building A. I spent 5 years in this school but the buildings, the teaching of certain teachers and apply new rules to make it all work.
