I am a regular customer and I was recently a guest in your shisha bar on February 3rd, 2024 I regret to report that I encountered inconveniences during my visit, which I would like to address. My colleague and I were treated badly and unprofessionally by the person assigning seats (a waiter with a cape, slim) because we had hopefully expressed that we preferred another seat that was free. Without explaining his intentions and needs to us, he forced us to leave the shisha bar This has marred my experience at your shisha bar and prompted me to write this complaint. I would like to request that you review the incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future. Good croissant for three euro! Pricey but no alternative

A bit narrow and drafty in some places. But lovely staff, super friendly with children too, really tasty selection, vegan OK too. We come often and enjoy it.

Formerly one of the best falafel in Zurich, with many fine ingredients. Today of poor quality, with French fries. What a shame!

Best meal I had in a while in Zurich. Definitely coming back , the fish with the jollof rice and plantains is a most!

We went there for a cocktail on Sunday afternoon because we had tickets for Bastian Bielendorfer, who was performing at Kaufleuten at 6 p.m. The welcome was very warm, the atmosphere was amazing, which is exactly what a bar should look like for me. I would go to the Pelikan Bar again at any time to get in the mood for a night out.

I was actually a regular at Zapote and am not someone who likes to write reviews, BUT, after I had stomach problems after my last visit and had to complain about my bowl of chicken today due to a spoiled meat smell, I can no longer recommend this shop to anyone with the best will in the world.

You are required to pay 3 franks when you enter to leave your coat at the gardenrobe - even if you don't want. After that, we saw a bunch of people with their coats

Cozy pub where you can meet up every now and then and eat something from the grill or from the menu, it's always very good.

Ok for quick shopping... It's small and has a good selection

Only had miso soup. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount (quite a large paper cup, certainly more than you usually get in Japan) and although I had not expected it to taste authentic, I would say it was 98% proper miso soup, including silken tofu, wakame and green onion slices. Loved the powerpoints, very thoughtful. Friendly service. They may not know miso soup must be served in a miso soup bowl, or maybe they do know and just find using paper cups is more practical. Otherwise, quite good.
