I have had the opportunity to visit your café several times. I was impressed by the variety of options, but as a vegan I struggled to find a meal that fit. I've probably tried ordering a vegan breakfast that's on the menu 10 times now. Unfortunately, the vegan butter always runs out. This left me hungry and dissatisfied while my colleague enjoyed breakfast for normal people. I was disappointed that I came away empty-handed on every visit and instead had to make do with a few espressos without a milk alternative. I hope that in the future you will be able to offer a wider range of vegan options and ensure that the ingredients on the menu are always available. It would be great if you were one of the first cafés in the canton of Zug to really offer something for vegans. Please also consider people with milk intolerances or other allergies who need an alternative milk. I believe you have the potential to successfully implement these changes and I hope my review will contribute to this. I look forward to seeing a wider range of vegan options on your menu next time I visit. Thank you for your attention. Addendum: 03.2024 No response to recession. Went there again 2 weeks ago. The same picture again… therefore corrected from 2 stars to 1!

Wonderful pizza to pick up. I don't think eating there is nice. I miss the ambience. It would be great if there were a wider selection of pizzas, but we also like the existing ones. Ordering and receiving the pizzas was very quick. Grazie a tutti

Unfortunately no recommendation. 2x small flatbread kebab & iced tea in a can for CHF 36K!? Kebap plate CHF 21!? No comparison to the previous Tom's, a shame. Instead, I recommend Restaurant Station on Baarerstrasse, which has consistently had high quality and service at reasonable prices for years.

Team is overwhelmed; Not recommended, definitely won't go again. I ordered pizzas online and went to Molini Zug on the agreed date to pick up the pizzas. The staff was probably friendly, and the kids were even given free chips/nuts to bridge the unexpected waiting time. But: even after 45 minutes (and after being put off several times!) our pizzas were not ready; and the kitchen team simply seemed overwhelmed with the orders. When I wanted to cancel my order on site and demand a refund, I was met with incomprehension: I only received the amount I had already paid back after clear words. Conclusion - it's a shame what has become of the Molini train; I can't recommend it, on the contrary.

It is an excursion restaurant on the Zugerberg that is completely overrun on weekends when the weather is nice. But on my several visits, I've always eaten well, sometimes with longer waiting times, but with this rush it's totally bearable - we have the day off and I've observed what the service employees have to do and endure and have every respect for these people and a big thank you for that . Everyone who writes and was satisfied should definitely read 100s of reviews.

The most disappointing and outrageously inappropriate service up to the deputy manager...with 10 tables outside with on average 2 people staff was helplessly overwhelmed and rude at any attempt to order after 20mins sitting there ignored. If you like to be “treated” go there...else avoid!!
