The pasta with morel cream sauce was a real treat that took my taste buds on a journey through the flavors of the season. The combination of tender noodles and the rich, creamy sauce with the intense flavor of morels was simply irresistible. The restaurant impresses not only with its excellent service, but also with a diverse selection of specialties from French-Mediterranean cuisine. Whether “Les trois filets”, Chateaubriand or the famous veal cordon bleu “Rebstock” – every guest will find something to their taste here. We were there for dinner yesterday. And a little disappointed. When I asked if they could fry the completely liquid scrambled eggs in the Nüssler salad for me, the waitress said that this was not possible. I could have the salad without eggs. I paid the price for Nüsslersalat with egg. Then came the Wiener Schnitzel. Half was soaked in fat and soggy. We reported this to the waitress. There was no answer. When I saw the full amount on the bill, I asked what the chef thought. The waitress's answer was. : It can not be. We ended up winning a prize with it." She saw the fat dripping out of the breading herself!! I apologized for my misjudgment and we left.

Had an event at St. Gallen and found this lovely nice little castle. The view and the atmosphere is beautiful. It has an amazing few over the lake. You can do walks and even walk down to the lake for a swim. Dinner was very delicious and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are nice and quiet. You have all you need. Great place to do some seminars, retreats and workshops.

Very nice restaurant on Paradeplatz in Zurich. Tradition meets modernity. Very nicely implemented. Great service, very attentive. We and our guest received excellent service and enjoyed a very tasty lunch menu. It is advisable to reserve a table. We'd love to come back.

We were there for lunch on October 22nd, 2023, we were really taken for a ride, what an impudence, a young waiter with black hair and a three-day beard served us, even though we had shown and ordered the wine on the menu, we were deliberately deceived and Another wine with the same name was brought which was 100CHF (!!!) more expensive WITHOUT telling us anything. We naturally assumed that it was the wine we ordered for a significantly lower price. When the bill came, we were of course surprised and wanted to have this corrected, we were rejected very rudely and even insulted that if we didn't have money we shouldn't order it, even though he didn't even tell us that he was bringing another wine!! However, as always, the food was sensational! But the service or this person destroyed your name for us.

I find the concept super cool. The kitchen easily adapts to our dietary preferences or allergies. Perfect quality/price ratio, you really get what you pay for. Very friendly and caring staff. Atypical decoration but which goes well with the establishment. Great discovery. I recommend with your eyes closed.

A pretty, warm chalet with a breathtaking view of the mountains, a superb welcome from the staff. I recommend the fondue, it is just incredible creamy and melting, the best I have eaten and the dessert, another recommendation for the white chocolate and red fruit cheesecake, a delight, we really enjoyed it.
