I went at an odd time and there seemed to be no food menu. It's called Kaal, but I don't know what it means... Anyway, cappuccino is famous, so cappuccino Well, I chose and ate snacks such as onion cream. I succeeded.

Very tasty and inexpensive food. Very great atmosphere, especially on the terrace with a direct view of Lake Brienz. When the weather is bad, it's nice inside too. Be sure to reserve early, as it is always well attended.

In addition to the very good service and the delicious food 🍲😋, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the appealing ambience. 🌟 The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made me feel very welcome. 😊 The dishes were not only excellent in terms of taste, but also visually very attractively presented. 🎨🍽️ I can without a doubt recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-class dining experience. Very cozy hotel in Kandersteg with a beautiful view of the rocks. We spent our retreat here with a larger group and everything went wonderfully. The previous communication to organize the retreat was absolutely respectful and productive! During this time we were looked after really well and we always had a contact person who took the time to answer our questions/concerns. But the best thing: the house has a really adorable Büsi that absolutely enjoys all the attention from the guests :D

It was a very upscale atmosphere and the food was delicious and special. Since it was Valentine's Day, we had to wait quite a long time for our orders, maybe on other days it won't be a long wait. But the dishes were of a special kind.

Best tartare of my life. Great drinks too. Only the reservation wasn't ideal: we wanted to reserve a specific table. This is not possible because the principle is first come, first served. I don't find it pleasant, we had a person with severe claustrophobia, the window seat would have contributed greatly to a relaxing evening.

The food was excellent. The service was very friendly. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
