A very beautiful hotel with a cozy bar, cigar-lounge and an breath taking terrace view down to the city of Lucern. The stuff is also extremely friendly, I'm eager for the next visit there.

The hospitality of this service is incredible. The detail of this hotel make me want to come back to Lucerne and enjoy more of it! The front desk, the room, the bartender everything! Absolutely recommend! Lovely! We received small candies, chocolate, free drink vouchers, shampoo and body gel are enclosed in a small gift bag, it was so cute. My wife said little things is what matters the most, and Hotel des Balance did justice to that. Brillant!

Always worth a visit. Beautiful location with a great and innovative concept. Great cocktails. Nice and attentive service. Great food and very great wines. Update March 28, 2024: We will be back. The ambience, the concept and the service are as convincing as on the first day. Laura was a perfect host! Attentive but not intrusive. Open and authentic. Warm without seeming artificial. A nice evening. Thanks! We'll be back, promise.

Top service and very tasty food, gladly again

Simple but stylish furnishings, a feel-good atmosphere, fine dishes carefully prepared and served. Friendly, attentive employees. A restaurant that practices inclusion in a natural way. A really big compliment! Also highly recommended for groups!

Probably the most urban place in Lucerne - hopefully the interim use will become permanent, as happened with the program in Bern.

Very nice and clean rooms, very centrally located and quiet. Parking garage in the immediate vicinity. Easy self-check-in and helpful staff if you have any questions. All in all highly recommended.
