I would like to express my regret for the poor service. We waited two hours for service and despite repeated promises that she would come, the service representative didn't show up. After a long wait we decided to go.

Staff absolutely great! Super sweet to children and very hospitable! Food was good and tasty, but really expensive. CHF 25 for a flammküchen that could have been better served as lunch. Portion of fries for children CHF 8.00. The place is clean and tidy, but there is little atmosphere.

Para mí, la fondue no era nada buena y sabía demasiado ma zena. Me dijeron que no había ma zena, que es una mezcla especial para ellos, ¡pero no saben qué queso!

Schade um diesen Ort. Das Bedienpersonal kann nicht so gut rechnen. Bitte nachrechnen. Die Dame an der Theke versteht das Wort Gast res. Gasthaus nicht . Hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass wir hier willkommen sind? In Luzern gibt es noch viele schöne Restaurants und Bars. Diese Gastgeber sind zu meiden! Noch ein Tipp an den Vermieter diese altehrwürdigen Lokals: Bitte das nächste mal an Profis und nicht an Laiendarsteller vermieten ;-)

We have stayed many times and each time reinforces our love for this hotel. The position is superb with amazing views over the lake and mountains , and Pilatus opposite. It's wonderful to sit out on the balcony and relax watching the boats go by and the timeless landscape. The service is fantastic from the reception staff for whom no request is too difficult to restaurant staff who are always very helpful and the cleaners who do a brilliant job. Just a short bus ride into town and you are in the middle of the transport hub , with very easy access to the boats, and bus and rail station as well as the beautiful city . Cant wait to go again
