A place that welcomes you where you'll feel quickly at home. The concept is cool, the prices fair, the bartenders lovely and the small concerts and book readings warm my heart. I'd always stop by for a drink or a round of tablefussball. The vegan cakes are always yummie

The cozy, noble hotel on the lakeshore is a dream. Hospitality is not just a joke here but is celebrated and lived. Brunch on Sunday (as it certainly is on any other day) is a feast for the eyes and the palate. You should never miss it again when in Rorschach. The rooms are fresh, tidy and like heaven. The view even tops the creme brulée, which probably only came from an artistic master hand. By that I mean the crème brulée! Wonderful stay. Recommended to every visitor. The prices ensure fairness to the perfectly coordinated team and service on and behind the stage. Not only the gastronomy alone, but also the room service is classy.

After a delicious lunch at Pizzeria Capri, we went to the Seecafe for coffee. The service was friendly, it's just a shame that there weren't enough staff for so many guests. But the weather this month was unstable and so scheduling staff wasn't easy either (I come from the hospitality industry myself). But otherwise everything was great. When the weather is nice and a fine coffee and a great tea (high-class tea), everything is biodegradable. The café is recommended. LG Uschi and 🐶 NEO

Great breakfast - the à la carte breakfast dishes were very tasty and the buffet had everything you needed for a successful start to the day. The atmosphere invites you to feel good and the staff is very friendly. Thank you!

Mega arroganter Laden,....schlechteste Bedienung seit langem. Jedesmal eine Enttäuschung. Ihr Lieben geht bitte wo anders hin....Heute spezial: Angestellt für Terrasse.... Bedienung informiert für 3 Personen. Gruppen vor uns ohne Reservierung Platz zugewiesen. Wir nunmehr auf der Poleposition.....nach 25 Minuten, dann die Auskunft...nur mit Reservierung....und sie war nicht blond....letztes Jahr, vor der Welle, schlechteste Drinks....hier nur Bier, wenn ihr unbedingt ins Seeger müsst.

Es ist leider Corona Zeit und unser Tisch wurde beim Gäste nicht desinfiziert! Der Rehpfeffer war zäh (Reh wahrscheinlich am Starkrampf gestorben). Die Sauce war total versalzen und Beilage äusserst mager und alles lieblos zubereitet. Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut nicht.Leider war auch die Bedienung unfreundlich und schnippisch.

Aufgrund der Corona Situation war es wieder einmal an der Zeit dem Säntis einen Besuch abzustatten. Das Wetter war sehr gut, trotzdem gab es Bewegung am Himmel. Von der einmaligen Terrasse aus ein spannendes Naturschauspiel. Auch die mit dem Windspielenden Bergdohlen waren omnipräsent. Das Essen, Appenzeller Südwörscht mit Aelplermagronen und Apfelmus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Das Ziel unseres Ausflugs war der Säntis und ein dem Gebiet angepasstes regionales Menü. Man isst hier auf 2500 m ü/Meer, sprich, das Preisgefüge des Restaurants entspricht etwa der Höhe des Betriebs. Die vielen Mitarbeiterinnen waren trotz sehr gutem Besuch bestens organisiert.
