Great place. Very close to the train station. From the room you have very nice view on the lake. Rooms are clean and cosy. SPA and Wellness area are super nice. All people working there are friendly and helpful. We were looking a great place to relax and we found it!

Perfect place to stay at while in Lugano. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, and conveniently located next to the main train station, with incredible views on Lake Lugano. Service and rooms were excellent. The spa, sauna and pool areas are fantastic to relax. Gym is also perfect, extremely big with all the equipment you need. Perfect stay: grazie!
