Very good sushi, separate salad to avoid because it represents the equivalent of a tablespoon in a sushi platter. I clarified following the owner's return that it is indeed a separate salad that my companion took. According to the invoice. Very high price but the quality is there. THANKS

We participated in the Matcha Tasting workshop on Saturday before the opening and really enjoyed the experience. With 5 people you have to adapt to the space available but the quality of the explanations, the pastries and the matcha quickly made you forget this detail. We highly recommend!

Gorgeous fine-dining Japanese restaurant in Lausanne. The chef is very professional and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Their sushi and sashimi are very fresh and they have maguro and urchins😍also the sherbet is very delicious. A peaceful place for a good meal and healing.

Their bento and bao bun = the reason why I still haven't moved from Nyon, Sushi Haïku thank you for making us feel good all these years

Great restaurant with Japanese specialties. Excellent food. Extremely friendly and very attentive staff. Second visit 4 years after the first, this time for an afterwork brunch: new Friday evening summer formula at CHF 98.- per person including a glass of champagne on arrival, cold buffet, hot dish of your choice, desserts choice and tea/coffee. We had a great time, there was even a DJ playing music all evening, a lovely summer evening. The staff is very attentive, I strongly recommend that you try the Hinata at least once!
