Very nice wine bar; warm and wonderfully calm. We had a wonderful, relaxing evening with great food, excellent wine recommendations and competent and warm service.

The on-site visit was very good, see separate review. Ambiance, food & service on site are also good. A little pricey but perfect for a special occasion. However, you should avoid group bookings. I was only contacted once by phone in response to my request, even though I asked for a message by email because I have difficulty making phone calls during the day. We then reserved a table for dinner to discuss the details on site. That worked wonderfully, but unfortunately I never heard anything afterwards. After about a week I asked for an offer by a certain date because I can't look for something new at short notice with a group of almost 20 people. I then received written feedback for the first time: My reservation was canceled because they don't work with deadlines. Was super disappointed, I was really looking forward to the delicious food and the ambience. But I'm also happy to now be able to go to a restaurant that was able to give me written confirmation and is cooperative.

Great, neat hotel in a good location. Our room was really nice, the street was a bit noisy but it didn't really bother us. The staff was very, very friendly. We can't rate the food because we only slept there. I would recommend this hotel at any time and come back again.

The restaurant is ran by generations. Their typical dish is amazing. The service and the settings are top! One of the rarest good restaurants in town

Why do you hire people who have so little desire to work? It used to be busy, but today it's half empty. We had to wait over 15 minutes for the menu and then were ignored for 10 minutes so that we had to go to the bar ourselves to order. Oh yes, and you don't get a greeting either, you just get a tired pat and "Wand sie öppis bstelle"? Of course I want to order something, otherwise I wouldn't be here! And then... another endless wait for 2 soft drinks. After that we were ignored for 1.5 hours. We didn't see the waitress again. We then helped ourselves to two glasses of water at the reception. We then went back to the bar to pay. 3 people stand behind the bar, unfriendly and unproductive. It's sad what has become of your previously very good palette! Luckily the shop isn't full, otherwise people would die of thirst at your speed. There were almost 10 tables occupied inside and outside and the waitress can't remember who was sitting where and who ordered what. It's not the first time we've experienced these things with you, but it's definitely the last time!! Dear Management: You have been receiving feedback for months/years about your unmotivated, unfriendly and slow staff. You also answer... but exactly nothing changes. It's a shame about the cool location. Ps: the toilets in the basement are just embarrassing!! (Visit on March 20, 2024 at 5:50 p.m.)

Wir waren dort bei sehr regnerischen Wetter. Aber auf der Terrasse war dennoch eine positive gemütliche Stimmung . Das Essen war schmackhaft . Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend . Die Wärmelampen dekorativ und äußerst wohltuend . Kommen immer wieder gerne .

Avoid this hotel if you can. This is the most expensive and the poorest quality and no services hotel where I have ever stayed. Hotel locates in a very lovely area of Bellevue and it could be a wonderful little hotel with character and charm. However the guest room is dirty, there are bed bugs, very small bed, a not working TV, noisy, the toilet is very small and dirty. The breakfast tables are sticky and dirty, do not bother. Very poorly managed hotel. Avoid this hotel, do not waste your money and an unpleasant experience. Get a room somewhere else, the public transport in Zurich is very good and not expensive, and you can go to downtown with ease if you cannot find a hotel room in the city Centre.
