Easter Sunday 2024 had a great meal with the whole family (3 generations). Very friendly welcome, great table setting (birthday), very good service, and excellent food, beautifully prepared plates. Unfortunately we didn't have any dessert because the portions were almost too big and we weren't hungry anymore. But we'll make up for it next time 😃😃👍👍

We booked with Thé Fork, we arrived without a reservation, despite a phone call from me where they confirmed the reservation, this is the 2nd time this has happened, the first time computer bug ok, but not twice and especially on Easter Sunday

For the first time I stayed with friends in this hotel where I found quality, courtesy and availability. The rooms are well looked after. Restaurant: breakfast and dinner with typical Engadine products. Courteous and helpful staff I recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances

We celebrated our Pilatus team event with 12 people. We were impressed by the atmosphere, very nice decor. Top modern inventory and very nice space with a view of the lake. The food was very tasty and we had our pizzas on the table in good time. The staff was very attentive and entertaining. The feedback from the employees was very good. We travelled during the easter break. The hotel staff was very friendly, always welcomed us with a smile. Rooms were cozy and well kept. Great value !

Suddenly I wanted to eat pizza, so I stopped by. I was thankful that they tried to make room somehow because there were a lot of people with reservations. What was disappointing was that there was no English menu. However, as I was lost in choosing a menu, a regular sitting next to me recommended several items. Thanks to that, we talked about various things and received recommendations, and the margherita I had thanks to him was truly the best. The staff is so friendly that you want to make friends. On my solo trip, that couple left me with precious memories. Margherita is very good, staffs are very kind. This restaurant gave me a good memory of Basel. I came alone here but the couple next to me, recommend the menu and made me comfortable all time.
