Solía ser un favorito absoluto. La última vez, lamentablemente, se sintió como una estafa. Vine aquí por todo lo que pueda comer a la carta. Aproximadamente la mitad de las cosas que pedimos nunca aparecieron, la dueña nos aseguró que ya había traído todo lo que habíamos pedido. Asumimos que fue un error honesto. Y pedí más, incluidos los platos que no obtuvimos en las primeras rondas. Nuevamente, muchos pedidos nunca llegaron a nuestra mesa y no pudimos evitar notar que todos los artículos faltantes eran más caros, mientras que todos los platos "más baratos" (en su mayoría alimentos básicos) habían llegado a nuestra mesa. Entonces, de repente, el propietario simplemente desapareció por una gran cantidad de veces (más de 40 minutos dos veces). Al final, parte de nuestro grupo tuvo que irse porque se estaba haciendo muy tarde y parecía que los propietarios nos estaban esperando. Cuando finalmente aparecieron, les preguntamos sobre algunos de los platos, que nunca aparecieron. Dijeron que de repente ya no los tenían. Intentamos pedir más cosas que nunca llegaron. Después de 3 horas (10 pm) también tuvimos que irnos, todavía teníamos hambre. Le preguntamos al propietario qué salió mal, extrañamente le echaron la culpa de todo al chef (la comida que llegó a nuestra mesa fue lo único bueno esa noche) y las excusas se volvieron cada vez más raras. Al final nos cansamos de discutir y terminamos pagando casi 200. - casi sin comida. No ayudó que solo hubieran otras dos pequeñas fiestas toda la noche, así que no era como si estuvieran demasiado ocupadas. Realmente se sintió como una estafa. Definitivamente no volveremos, lo cual es una pena, ya que llevamos años yendo allí y la comida era buena. Después de esa noche, ya no nos sentimos cómodos gastando nuestro dinero allí.

We brought takeaway food last evening there. The food was fine for the price. The prices are in fact quite low compared to everything else in Luzern. There was no issue with it, it was maybe a bit simple compared to other, more expensive places, but the portions were generous and we felt it was a fair deal.

We were really pampered on Sunday from the reception to the farewell. Super fine food and great service. Machäd Wiiter so mer chömäd again.

Very good rosti with a small downside, this dish could be offered with a small green salad as a starter instead of more hearty salads. The price-performance ratio is relatively expensive due to the drinks (espresso at 6.-) and the wine. Friendly service and nice setting.

After a hike we just wanted to have something to drink there, we were told it was lunchtime and realized we weren't welcome. Then we left again. It's a shame that drinking is only offered with food at lunchtime.

The Eiger restaurant in Wengen BE is well located right next to the train station. The food is good and the service is good too, I don't have anything major to complain about.

Hotel room - no review as not used Food: over the top! As a starter I had Lenker salmon trout, with salad, toast and butter and an incredibly well-seasoned dressing, which was also a pleasure to look at on the plate. You are what you eat! I could have literally bathed in it! As a main course, perfectly fried Lenker beef ribeye, extremely seasoned, beautifully presented and simply heavenly good. Service: personal, friendly and very attentive and humane. Cell phone flight mode: I was informed about this before I arrived and I thought this house rule was brilliant! Compassion and understanding comes when you know why this rule exists. It's really enriching to take some time out and consciously talk to the other person at the table, the boss and everyone you meet in a restaurant and exchange ideas and get to know each other. We had very good and surprisingly profound conversations. This is how I like eating out. All in all, an enriching, profound and enjoyable evening! Thank you Reto and team for your work!

Our spontaneous decision to spend a few days of winter vacation took us to the Hotel Meisser in Guarda. There we rented the GODIN holiday home for several days, which offered a wonderful view of the Engadin mountains. With a few exceptions, we spent most evenings in the hotel's restaurant. The dining room is beautifully designed and created a relaxed atmosphere with the other guests. We really liked both the service and the food. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.
