We had a pleasant time with the family in this warm restaurant, everything was perfect, very professional staff, attentive, good, well-cooked dishes and a view of the lake. We recommend without moderation

Very good pizza. Nice owner, on the other hand very unpleasant Brazilian waiter. Talks bad about people and gives a bad vibe.

The Blue Basin and its magnificent Yurt, brought from Mongolia. The setting is very warm, with decor that has a story, often very original. The manager and his sidekick went out of their way for us. The manager knows the producers of all the products on his menu, a guarantee of quality and regional provenance. The Boletus fondue is excellent, not to mention the sides! Don't waste time to go take a look. The Yurt will leave the plain, when it climbs to the mountain pasture, this spring!

The warm place, very pretty. The waitress is welcoming and smiling and the boss is super friendly with a sense of humor. The dishes were delicious, we had a great time and we will be happy to come back!

Good pancakes, but no consistency. Half the time the cheese has no taste and the ham is almost non-existent. Damage.

They offer a "sushi of the month" as promotional good priced sushi box on their website.Reality is that it did not exist when I asked for it and the shop owner offered a higher priced "alternative" instead. With regard to their poor service no better note is given

Nous avions réservé une nuit avec un repas 4plats et petit-déjeuner via smartbox. Nous avons été enchantés! Quel accueil! Quel régal! Dommage que le beau temps n'ait pas été de la partie ça n'aurait rendu ce week-end que plus merveilleux. Quant à la chambre, elle était spacieuse et joliment décorée d'époque. Seul le lit était moyen car deux matelas séparés. C'est dommages quand on dort en couple.Le repas était raffiné sans excès, très bien servi et le personnel agréable et ils ont une excellente carte avec de très bons vins de la région.Nous recommandons vivement de vous y arrêter.

Extraordinary place, since... always! Timeless, faithful to its ideals, beautiful, good. We are already looking forward to coming back. Make no mistake, the location is great. The minus star is to be blamed on public transport (postbuses and trains) which do not deign to serve these places correctly. Canceled train stop and non-compliance with coach timetables is shameful - especially given the prices in Switzerland. This does not encourage gentle mobility, unfortunately. Whatever. Thank you to the entire L'Aubier team for your work.

I can't judge the food since I called to book 1 week in advance with the gourmet passport but of course they have supposedly already reached their passport quota for this weekend. I don't understand why some restaurants register on it if it's to refuse customers who want to book with it. It's very annoying. Yesterday with my boyfriend we went to eat in a restaurant in the dovecote and out of the 10 tables that were around us 6 had the gourmet passport and the staff was still very welcoming, so we have to stop with these quota stories it's no matter what, they made a very good impression on us and the food was excellent so we will definitely go back and this time we will pay the full price, they understood the principle. Ok it’s a waste of money for the restaurant owner but if the customers are happy they come back. In this case, with or without the gourmet passport, I will no longer be caught trying to book in this restaurant. Too bad, I love sushi and I could have become a loyal customer.
