Very bad service at the checkout!! I wanted to pay 10 euros for a burger for CHF 5.80 and I noticed that this guy was annoyed for this reason (paying with euros). Afterwards I got CHF 2.20 back just like that. I asked about the exchange rate conversion and why he gave me so little money back. He simply asked cheekily: "Why do you pay with euros at all?" Then he simply gave me back the 10 euros and said to me next time you can also pay normally with a card... and took his coin back. I I've been a Mc customer for years and have never met such a cheeky boss! You've lost me as a regular customer. Thank you for your kindness! 👎🏼👎🏼

I had a drink in the afternoon. Staff friendly, but not particularly attentive. The place needs a good overhaul.

Rather an expensive restaurant, but worth the price. Good, fresh products, but the room is a bit cramped. My food came straight away, but my colleague's took 5 minutes longer even though we ordered at the same time. The staff is very friendly.

The indoor pool is in perfect condition, swimming pool lined with stainless steel which is very pleasant to the foot. Often 80% of the pool is occupied by lessons or private activities, which leaves little room to relax in the water. Other swimmers can sometimes be a little aggressive if you play and come to relax with your child. The showers and locker rooms are a little dated and not very clean.

Good welcome and sure, everything is very good, we love Portuguese cuisine.

Rooms super large and nice, location very well located, food and service OK but not outstanding

We were there for a working lunch. Larger group, reserved weeks in advance. Although a few didn't come, there weren't enough places covered, so we had to organize the rest ourselves. The menu selection was also informed very early on. Some got salads when others were already finished. Drinks were also distributed at random. Bread was only served after repeated requests. Possibly better experience if you go with just two people or in a very small group. The acoustics were extremely bad, you almost had to scream at yourself

Great TexMex food, quick service and a harmonious ambience in a historic property. Gladly again!

The service was excellent, extremely friendly and courteous. The food was also excellent and very good sized portions. We were so full after our main course, we couldn't order a dessert. Definitely recommended and while we are visiting Geneva we will pay a 2nd visit to the restaurant.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience! Price performance ratio is not right. The billing for food and billiards is incorrect. Food very expensive even without a side dish. No insight from the staff and little friendliness. Our food was at the wrong empty table without letting us know (so the food was cold), we didn't ask if everything was good and it wasn't cleared away for a long time. The restaurant was not full at that time. It seems like the playoff is all about Provit! Once and never again...
