Make no mistake, the location is great. The minus star is to be blamed on public transport (postbuses and trains) which do not deign to serve these places correctly. Canceled train stop and non-compliance with coach timetables is shameful - especially given the prices in Switzerland. This does not encourage gentle mobility, unfortunately.

Unfortunately my husband and I were not at all happy with our cordon bleu with vegetables and fries today. The meat was still fried, but it was probably cold beforehand and the breading was rather soggy. Overall, everything was hardly really warm and rather tasteless. We are used to something completely different from our MMM restaurant in Langendorf SO. What a shame! We sat outside because it was too dark inside.
I always have the problem with old style room's key.
This morning I go to have breakfast at 7:00 am, because I have to early to take the train and a kind lady in the kitchen bring me to the table in breakfast room for normal guest, hotel have 2 breakfast room ,group and normal guest.
While I have my breakfast , a lady which is manager , coming to complain me ! She said I already told you yours breakfast is 7:30. Tomorrow You could have breakfast at the time !
Non service mind with rudely manner !

The fact :
The hotel reservation was done by include breakfast. There are 2 breakfast room , one for group and one for normal guest which this room are beside the group room with closed door. Food are difference , group serve continental breakfast with cold dish but the normal BF room serve hot food with variety of croissant and bread.
First day I had BFat 7:30 am, but 2rd day I have to leave to catch the train, so I go in to the group room and one kind lady let me go into the normal BF room.
Unbelivable that the response from hotel are distort information and absolutely respose without service mind ?
Why I have to pretend to be a group member, for a less quanlity BF??
Hotel is a service business, which unfortunately , the manager donot have service mind , politely manner !
Manager rail me while I eat , with rough and loud voice , as I were a thief!
I reqiest the higher manager who are the boss should consider this event ?
Such a terrible manager !
Another story :
When I check in April 11-13, 2 nights, the hotel told me that my room had been paid already, which I Thought that hotel had charged from my cfedit card and I will know from the
bank's statment.
Two day passed , at Zulich I received mail from hotel that my room still not be paid ?
So many comunication via mail, finally with boring I take the train 2 hrs to pay the amount! Which is the mistake in duty of staff , not from the guest.
This is the guest whom the crystal hotel responsd in roudely manner.
We ordered food at 1:30 p.m. Main course with salad. The restaurant was about half full and the service was overwhelmed but friendly. After about 30 minutes we got the main course. Unfortunately a dish was delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately we didn't get our salad at all. The guests at the two tables next to us had the same problems. Food was good.
Classic Dominos - a US pizza every now and then is delicious here. There have been no delivery errors so far - and if there were, I called ahead. The take away staff are very friendly and the couriers are always very helpful.
Local is ok, functional - but you can also go somewhere else on a date.
Extremely disappointed with this establishment. A regular customer for two years, I made a one-night reservation for March 18, 2024 for my work. My schedule having changed at the last minute I called them to modify or cancel this reservation. I was told that this was not possible... When other hotels frequently do it... Which means they lose a customer due to a lack of commercial gesture and understanding.
One of the best places to eat Perch Fillets with homemade fries in the Morges region, accompanied by a salad with an equally excellent vinaigrette.
For those with a sweet tooth, for whom there is still room, why not a frozen nougat which is of course also homemade.

Nice place but the service at the bar is deplorable. You have to be prepared to wait. 20 minutes before you can order. 10 minutes after ordering, still not served. We had to ask to be served again and the waitress asked us if we didn't want to change our order so that it took less time to prepare...It was shots...We were then served half and we had to again ask for the rest. It really ruins the mood...
