I encountered terrible and rude behavior from a member of staff this morning. I waited for my doctor, went in to get coffee, and sat in a chair for five minutes. The woman clearing the tables started yelling at me in front of everyone that I couldn't stay inside with takeaway coffee. I'm willing to drink coffee in a cup or pay more, but is it really impossible to say that calmly without humiliating the customers who bought coffee from them and don't know that you can't drink it indoors? This is a form of cruelty and such people should definitely not be allowed to work in the service sector. The employee also looks very unpleasant - undyed, dirty hair and an unkempt appearance. This is not at all what you want to see in the morning. It's not the first time I've encountered inadequate staff at this cafe chain. Something clearly needs to be done here!
The squash courts are great!
Unfortunately there are no subscriptions or 10-ticket tickets. So I can't deduct these costs from my insurance. I hope there will be a solution for this in the future.
It's not a bistro at all, but a shop. Unfortunately not very customer friendly, as the payment was debited from the account 6 times and the owner did not refund it. bad
I have been a customer of the Hausammann bakery in Regensdorf since it opened and I am more than very satisfied. I regularly buy butter peaks and have tried various cakes as well as canapes and various breads. As I said, I was always very satisfied.
I can't confirm any comment that claims he was served unfriendly. I would also like to ask those who complain about the prices if they only go to work so that they know in the evening why they are tired. No, they also go to work to earn something. When I buy a Par Cervelat from Migros or Coop, they are cheaper than from the village butcher, but the ones from the butcher taste much better. That's how it is with the bakery - there is a lot of love in the products and quality.
Finally, I can only recommend the Hausammann bakery. Keep it up.

Overall it's not too bad, could improve at all levels. The soup is very good. Please measure the dressings for the salads. My salad was bathed in olive oil, it's a shame it ended up in the trash....

They don't accept dogs! Terrible! contact us by email asking specifically if they accept dogs. They responded by telling us the price. So we write again to book requesting the dog question. They didn't answer, so we called and... "no no, no dogs"... but let's go rat! Null service
