In my opinion, value for money is not right at all. There aren't even bathing shoes for the wellness area (CHF 9.90). You have to buy them yourself. No minibar or safe in the room. I paid CHF 240 for one night and I expected a little more. In the wellness there were 2 wooden loungers without cushions - relaxation was not possible. Stay was rather disappointing. I cannot and will not recommend it. Motivated staff in the catering and bar areas. Reception didn't come across like that.
The food was extremely bad, the staff who served the food was extremely unfriendly, the rooms are similar to prison cells and the toilets were not clean, not recommended
Room in very good condition, the hotel is very well located in relation to the station.
The staff is professional.
Only problem: the insulation between each room is non-existent, but hey, if you're a heavy sleeper it doesn't bother you.
The reception was cold and the terrine so thin that it could have been faxed. The menu is also very thin and the drinks are expensive.
Too bad, we have come to this restaurant very often in the past but until there is a change in management we will not come back.
We are currently staying at this property, chosen because it is a stone's throw from Vaduz and Bad Ragaz. The apartment assigned to us is equipped with all comforts, with 5 beds (there are 4 of us), kitchen and satellite TV. The only major flaws in the apartment are the bathroom (because it is very spartan and with a former plugged and smelly drain) and, for an Italian who always brings something of his own to eat/cook from home, the lack of a colander and a moka among the dishes 🤣 Among other things, the hob is electric, not induction (so anyone who wants can bring the coffee maker with them). Apart from this, the large size of the apartment is not of secondary importance. We didn't opt for breakfast because we know Swiss prices quite well, living a few km from CH. And besides, our accommodation isn't cheap either... but it was inevitable, being the Easter period. Overall good though
As for the location: we are very close to the motorway, a stone's throw from the train station and a snap of the fingers from the very pretty village of Heidi, which makes everyone feel like a child again.
I had a quick bite (just pizza) and a bear. Just a normal small pub. Service was great, really fast, and one of the bar tenders spoke several languages and was very polite.
We were a table of 6 people this evening, 5 of whom took the all-you-can-eat buffet at 55fr and 1 person took an a la carte menu because the buffet is not suitable for a vegetarian, which is something we were criticized for. ! the ungenerous and sparsely stocked buffet did not allow us to eat for this price! Big surprise on the bill where we were billed for some items from the buffet given to taste by the person who had taken an a la carte menu with the reason that she had taken from the buffet when she never got up to help himself!! We were spied on throughout the meal on what we ate and shared... bad experience so on a bill of around 400fr, not very commercial, we will not return!
