Worst service of all the McDonald's I've ever been to... Employees smoke in front of the main entrance and then go into the kitchen without washing their hands, missing products, unfriendly. Been here a few times, but the same thing every time. In the future I will take the longer route to the airport…

A boss with only one perception that is just his. Not welcoming trying to intimidate with the way he acts. Deplorable service, without a smile with staff who do not understand our French language. To be strongly avoided

Excellent perch fillets served on Fridays

Absolute disaster. Barista who doesn't listen, asks 5 times and then writes down the wrong thing. Despite all the internationality, the people at the counter should still be able to speak German. Unasked to put vegan whipped cream in drinks (even though we ordered without whipped cream) that wasn't gluten-free. My daughter almost got a gluten crash and then the bosses were insulted when she returned the drink and asked for a new one.

Good middle-class café/restaurant good value for money

I was there with a group who had made reservations weeks in advance, we waited 2 hours for the food. The food, however, was beautifully presented and wonderfully prepared, all on hot plates. Very fine!

Very nice place in the region and still good quality products compared to the products of other bakery chains. Prices still remain acceptable even if the trend is upwards like everywhere else. The service and welcome are acceptable but need improvement. Tip: Go early in the morning, as you would have more choice and a moment of peace before the noisy crowd arrives!

Drink prices, is that still possible?? - ElTony is new at Bachmann. 3 dl in a tin can, 3.40 to take away and 4.60 if you drink it on site (probably no one will) - self-service. This isn't normal anymore... an outrage. Point.

I ordered pizza quattro stagioni and this came. They came very late and forgot my Coke. I had to make a special call.

I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee and in the end I didn't get it even though 2 employees were on duty and the next table served 3 times. When I left, an employee wished me [have a nice day] even though he didn't recognize me as being there before.
