I took a spiced chicken wrap for a grand total of 6.90 CHF and was surprised how small it is! Literally it stays on your hand palm, like a little appetizer. I suppose it's meant to be a joke about how fat most people nowadays are. I showed it to my girlfriend and we had a good laugh (but no mistake: the price you pay is real)

The price of tacos is only increasing at home and not the quality or hygiene

The food was good, but both the trays and the tables were dirty with food and sticky drink residue.

Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service is of high quality, accompanied by a diverse, original and exquisite cocktail menu. The dishes served are a real treat, especially the linguine with morels and truffle cream, which I highly recommend. A memorable dining experience.

4.2* Review bumped to 5 to compensate for the unjust bad reviews. The staff was super nice and while the rooms are maybe not 4* standard, everything was nice and clean. Good breakfast also for the price.

Update March 17, 2024: After I found out the central contact address for complaints through this review and wrote again in writing, I received feedback from quality management. They apologized to me over the phone and confirmed in writing that they would strongly train the branch's employees. Additionally, I was refunded the amount of my entire order. There is still no statement from the local branch management. I also find it unacceptable that not all contact addresses for complaints are published by the branch (but sometimes via Google Reviews). Original: On January 3, 2024, I bit on a pit (probably an apricot) in the penultimate piece of my Porcini Pizza (order no. 06-24-012-71). This is absolutely unacceptable. I took a photo and reported the incident on site and to an internal Dieci email address. I was promised a voucher, but I have no interest in ordering from Dieci again. If Dieci were sorry and serious about apologizing, they would offer a refund and not a voucher.

Unfortunately, the expensive coffee machine is very poorly set up. (Coffee extraction time <10 seconds)

They now make very good food again, somehow this business has its ups and downs. Changing tenants, now the boys and women are doing great there. I would like to dig out the bread, super delicious! Keep it up.

Large menu that was good. Delivery was also on time, driver was very nice!

Beautiful place, magnificent presentation of dishes, impeccable and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

We were there as a group and had to wait a long time. The pizzas we had really weren't bad. The salad was rather average because of the ready-made sauces. Service was hardly ever noticeable.
