For us it is ideal. It's in the middle of the city, where we meet a lot of friends.

I ordered pizza for 8 people, they were great, warm and very crispy, each of my friends got the pizza they wanted. The supplier is very personable, friendly and nice. He also takes time for his customers to chat a bit. Highly recommended and I continue to order from Bifsng Imbiss.

We spent 5 days ski touring in Crusch Alba in a group of 12 and are absolutely thrilled with this hotel. the rooms are spacious and beautiful and smell of pine wood, the breakfast buffet is absolutely top with a huge selection of the finest, often local and exquisite delicacies and the 4-course dinner was always an absolute highlight. The service is super friendly. And of course we also thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area with sauna and ingenious outdoor whirlpool after a rigorous ski tour. The whole hotel is actually a museum and a successful mix of old and new. We'll definitely be back!

The food was delicious but the lady at the pizza stand left a lot to be desired. First she handed us bowls for the extra ingredient on the pizza without saying a single word, then she and a coworker made fun of us because we didn't know what to do with the extra ingredient put in the bowl. I have lived in Switzerland for 7 years and I have never felt so ignored and mistreated by the staff. If you don't want and don't like working with people, find another job.

I have very rarely eaten such a disgusting kebab. It was inedible, you could tell the ingredients were very old. The meat had a very disgusting smell. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.

Despite a promising start, a rather friendly welcome in a warm setting, the rest was less pleasant. The wait was endless before being able to eat but the worst was yet to come. Tasteless dishes, without any inspiration and, moreover, not very copious for prices worthy of Geneva: 50.- for arctic char, 48.- for eight perch fillets. The only dish that was satisfactory: the hamburger. But who can miss a hamburger? The arctic char, praised and recommended by the waiter, was almost edible. Indeed, an indefinable bad taste on my palate accompanied this tasting which turned into torture. And I won't spare you the details of the pseudo garnish. To top off the pigeonade, they didn't even have the decency to offer coffee to make up for the excessive wait. A fiasco!

I'm surprised by the number of negative comments here! They have made more than 10 deliveries to my home and I have never had a problem! Delicious pizza, fast delivery and the gentleman is always kind and smiling. THANKS

Sauberes einfaches Hotel mit guter lokaler Küche. Steiles enges Treppenhaus zu den Zimmern.

This place is just a top. It is located next to the Parc Botanico with the exceptional view over the lake. They have a great terrace to enjoy the view and a great friendly atmosphere insight. The service and the food are just great. This restaurant is just a great stop in the Locarno area.

These all 5 Stars Rating’s are Fake. It is the Worst Place I have ever been in 10 years of my Life living in Switzerland. At First Owner and Waiter was trying to be very kind and Smiling and Chatting randomly before I order a Shisha. When my Order came It was the worst shisha, It doesn’t had Smoke, no Flavour no nothing and just wasted my Evening and my Money. After that i Said them to fix Shisha he just move aside the Coils to on Side and Said don’t move them in very rudely Behaviour. So Anyone who’s reading this review DON’T EVER GO TO THIS WORST PLACE !!! 👎 until you want to waste your Money 💰
