+ mega friendly & helpful staff/team
+ indoor playground was loved by our active kids (great & thank you for this great opportunity)
+ Drinks that you can fill yourself (like on vacation, great)
Its a good place after a hike in the mountain.
The food came out quick and it tasted good.
However the pasta Bolognese could use a little bit more sauce, but this is just a small detail.
The prices are a little high but the staff was friendly and nice.
Nice location on the Aare, we were here often. Unfortunately the owner has probably changed.
The staff is unable to keep up with the number of visitors.
We waited 25 minutes to order, then he came and wanted to take our order again.
After another 15 minutes the two drinks arrived.
After another 10 a sandwich and something else to eat...
Conclusion: not recommended... all other restaurants on Mühliplatz are better...
Never caught norovirus as bad as in this restaurant.Toilet very unhygienic..Food Riz Casimir tasted bad.Rice tasted like it had been cooked in fish water..😝..and constant vomiting at night..I will never enter the 90 degree restaurant again ..
It's not particularly comfortable.
The staff is very friendly so far. When there is a lot going on, you have to expect longer waiting times to order or pay. The prices for 1.5 L drink bottles or softice are totally exorbitant.
The last children's birthday we celebrated there was well organized and the children had fun.
I really don't understand the fuss about veggie nuggets. None of the finicky children I was at the zoo with ever complained (on the contrary!). In addition, you don't notice the difference at all compared to the industrially processed meat-based nuggets.
And the fact that veal sausages contain pork is really no news...
I think the quality in the Pantanal-Resti is top notch for a visit to the zoo.
But speaking of meat: I actually think it's a shame that the zoo restaurants in particular aren't completely vegetarian. Unfortunately, I'm not a veggie myself, so that's not my concern. Rather, they would be perfectly positioned to educate about the impact of excessive meat consumption on the climate and nature (keywords soy and rainforests?) and at the same time show that meat-free or even vegan dishes can be fun. Food for thought...? ;)
wir waren 2mal in den Ferien dort. Beide male, schnelle Bedienung, trotz vollem Lokal. 1 mal Pizza, 1 mal Schnitzel/pommes, alles tip top, WC auch sauber. Nettes Personal
Terrible experience. Endless wait times, 3 missing products and terrible quality. Our fries are unsalted and the drinks are diluted and the cup with 3/4 ice. The staff practically quit work an hour before the branch closes and are unfriendly when you talk to them about your mistakes. Other customers were treated to ice cream as an apology, which was not the case with us. Not recommended branch. I prefer Burger King.
