Hotel Helvetia? More like Hotel Hell! Stayed 1 night here and it will haunt me for ever. The room was lopsided. The bath was terrible! There was no shower head holder so I had to hold the shower head MYSELF WHILE WASHING MY HAIR. Terrible! There was no internet because they want you to pay for it l. I felt like I was going to get shot, I also felt like a giant Swiss bear was going to break in eat me and steal my Toblerone chocolate! Never Again! Also there was no elevator and the keys were left un watched so someone could steal your room keys before you even get to the room! Terrible:(
The website says:
Sunday open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m
And warm cuisine from:
11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. &
5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m
We were thrown out today at 1:45 p.m. without any hot food. So then there was nothing.
So it's better not to assume that the opening times will be correct... 😢
And we came from far away because the food is always very good.
But the interaction today was anything but friendly! 🙈😢😱 Too bad
Very bad indigestion with the Fera tartare, it's been a long time since I had pain like that. Unfortunately the prices are overpriced per contribution we put served. Damage …
I am always extremely satisfied with the gluten-free pizza. Anyone who has a gluten allergy knows that it is not easy to find gluten-free pizza and especially a very tasty pizza like the one at Dieci. Thank you very much for that 🙏🏻 and the delivery is always quick and on time. Highly recommended.👌🏻
Service mies, schlechte Qualität (besonders Poulet), Thai Gerichte sind nicht authentisch. Hier kann man höchstens in der Sonne sitzen und etwas trinken.

The blonde waitress with glasses made racist remarks due to the fact that there were 5 of us and that there was one who did not consume due to the fact that he was celebrating Ramadan (we drank and ate) except him and her therefore made racist remarks and also told him “that if he did Ramadan he could go do it elsewhere”
Best butter croissants in the region:
Today, Easter Sunday, we invited 14 people to brunch and I had the fun of buying butter croissants in five bakeries in the Ebikon/Emmen region this Easter Sunday morning in order to have them tasted blindly by the happy guests before brunch.
Result: The Vogel bakery's croissants were rated as the best by a wide margin. BRAVO. In addition, the service in the store is always friendly.
